We were ignored for over 5 minutes, until I raised my voice and asked”can I place an order?” The manager on duty was hyper with other employees, over. The way pizza boxes were placed on a shelf. Bad managers run off good employees.
Placed an online order and it said ready in 15-20 minutes. I went 30 minutes later to get it and the person worker said just a minute. 10 minutes went by and when I asked he said "oh we had to remake it". I asked why and he pointed to the register and said the machine messed up. I asked if the machine made it the first time and he said no.
