I was raised in Texas and on an Oklahoma pig farm my entire life. Some of the best Babyback ribs you will ever eat come from Pig of the Month. Perfectly cooked and packed to your door. Awesome! Tender. Meaty and great Small Batch flavors. Every time perfect
I have been a customer for over a decade. I always have a few racks in the freezer that I can prepare for dinner any time someone makes a request. Every single time I prepare POTM, someone at my table says "I'm coming here next time I want baby back ribs."

So good, we have had them with and without sauce and both ways will rock your world. Customer service is superb and shipping, even to Florida, was great. Food was frozen in August!
