We waited 35 minutes, from 7 - 7:35pm. The lady at the counter was rude before we even began our order. The food was okay.

Showed up at 3pm on Friday June 7th. The staff was absolutely welcoming and on top of their game. The food was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I travel the country and stay out of town a lot, by necessity I eat a lot of fast food/dine out. This by far has been my best experience with any restaurant in months, highly recommend this particular location, and if whomever decides such things views this review, all of the members of their staff that were on shift during this visit deserve a raise and you should do anything you can to retain such skilled and competent staff.

Ordered from Uber two of the BBQ bacon sandwiches no pickle, they gave me two plan chicken sandwiches, no cheese, sauce or bacon dry and overcooked. Called no one answered, please avoid!

Went thru drivethur for a large tea. The man at the window charged me $4.07 what a rip off. Will never go back!!

I got my food from uber and sat down to eat ate half my sandwich and found a black hair in my sandwich . Call up the store and all they can do is give me a free sandwich .. my sandwich was good to till I saw that and threw it away all of it. 26.00 and I get a dam sandwich again so there can be another one in my food .. lol come on yall should of offered me my money back

Eating the Spicy Tenders I just got resulted in me doing an imitation of my dog with a bone. Hardly ANY chicken just fried to death. ?

Popeye's on Wilmington will never get another dime from me. While their food is fantastic, I was just charged $15.79 for five chicken tenders and a biscuit. I questioned the dive thru worker on the price, and he informed me that tenders are $2.79 a piece. They are good, but not that good. One of my tenders was only a half a one also. I would have said forget it and drove away, but I was starving. Not another dime. I'm done with Popeye's, that's ridiculous.

I order online so I can just pick up my chicken and go but every time I order I have to sit in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes to get my order and sometimes I have to call the store because they still haven't brought my food out but yet I see people going through the drive through getting their food and leaving!!! What is the point of ordering ahead taking 10 minutes to get here and your food is still not ready for another 15 to 20 minutes!!!
