I order online so I can just pick up my chicken and go but every time I order I have to sit in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes to get my order and sometimes I have to call the store because they still haven't brought my food out but yet I see people going through the drive through getting their food and leaving!!! What is the point of ordering ahead taking 10 minutes to get here and your food is still not ready for another 15 to 20 minutes!!!

The food is usually okay, but EVERY TIME we come through the drive thru we get no utensils and no napkins. Also whoever was working the drive thru on February 25, 2024 at 8pm has terrible customer service. She talked over us, had no patience, and was trying to rush our order.

What kind of restaurant do you think you are? $27 for an 8 piece chicken strips dinner (fries and biscuits)! No servers, no white table cloths, and we are just getting FAST FOOD! We can’t justify a fast food chicken meal at that price point. Can I get a witness???

You guys, I just got done eating the most delicious Classic Chicken Sandwich ever! Not only was the chicken HUGE but it had the most perfect amount of crunch and juice! Very happy!

I've gone to this Popeyes twice now and I absolutely LOVE the Parmesan Garlic wings! Crunchy and the sauce is absolutely amazing! These have got to be my favorite wings so far at any chicken joint! I complimented their food today in person because I wanted them to know what a great job they're doing. I'll definitely be frequenting this Popeyes. The staff were friendly and professional both times. I got everything I asked for and the first time they gave my pup some bacon for a treat! TBH The first time I went I actually forgot to turn my card on for the purchase. I left and didn't pay for my food. I called and apologized and said I'll come back to pay and the manager said thank you for being honest but it's been taken care of which was so nice! I thanked him and said I appreciate his kindness. He said these things happen! So thank you Popeyes and staff! Great people and You guys have got to try their food! Yummmmm!!! ✊✊✊♥️

This location has given us the WORST food poisoning of my entire life not once but TWO back to back times. This location has sent out raw chicken on multiple occasions. It is so unsafe and I’ve never heard of it happening like it does here. TEMP YALLS FOOD lazy
