The food is usually okay, but EVERY TIME we come through the drive thru we get no utensils and no napkins. Also whoever was working the drive thru on February 25, 2024 at 8pm has terrible customer service. She talked over us, had no patience, and was trying to rush our order.

I order online so I can just pick up my chicken and go but every time I order I have to sit in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes to get my order and sometimes I have to call the store because they still haven't brought my food out but yet I see people going through the drive through getting their food and leaving!!! What is the point of ordering ahead taking 10 minutes to get here and your food is still not ready for another 15 to 20 minutes!!!
