Never have anything that’s ordered
Had to unassign to multiple DoorDash orders because they make you wait so long, not to mention they close the kitchens 25 minutes early

About three months ago my son and I ordered chicken tenders meal and a chicken sandwich meal and went through the drive thru. We ate our dinner at around 5p and by 10p we were viciously throwing up and it lasted until 8am the next day. Went to the doctor and we were told we had food poisoning likely due to consuming undercooked meat because of campylobacter. We haven’t eaten there since.
We have went to this store 3 times and every time they had no normal white meat chicken, only spicy.
Glad this place is temporarily closed! Hopefully they getting they crap together an hiring a whole new staff. Last week ordered wings and fries. I had to wait for fresh chicken which they dropped it in the dirtiest grease imaginable and they gave me the old fries that they didn't drop fresh along with the chicken. An the employees always have an attitude and purposely try to turn you away and lie saying I cant use a coupon but when they put in after I make them they just walk off instead acknowledging how wrong they were

This location is proof no matter how new and shiny the building and equipment are, the employees can run it into the ground if not managed properly. Two toned hair girl would be the one I would start with. She hates her job and her attitude verifies it. I’ll drive further out of my way to the next Popeyes, which is what I did, before I ever go back to this one. Where are you at management? There’s a trend here in these reviews.
Very disappointed my chicken looked and taste like it was cooked in old grease.
I went to the drive true at 930 lol got served this lol cmon man. Don’t go to this one at all. The people they don’t care at all.
Absolutely avoid this location during lunch hours. These employees are clueless on how to run a fast food restaurant during lunch hours. If you have an hour to wait for your lunch this this place is for you. It gets worse and worse every week it’s insane. Drive through won’t even be busy and they can’t get their stuff together to make the lobby run smooth. Keep it up and this newer location will be closed very soon.

It has been 18 months since management promised us a refund for the two sandwiches we paid for via credit card but did not receive. We went later in the evening and they were *out of chicken*. We do like the taste of their sandwiches.
There is a lot of mayonnaise on the sandwiches so if that isn't your thing, order it on the side.

Apparently the staff here needs to go back to elementary school! When you order a meal that has a biscuit and order an extra biscuit that equals 2 biscuits not 1 ??… very disappointing

I pulled up in a hurry for an online order that was supposed to be ready, not one person was in the lobby nor drive thru. When I walked in an employee came to the front told me my order would be 10 more minutes. I continued to wait 17 minutes while 3 employees were at the opened back door smoking and one at the drive through was playing on her phone, not one person was working on my order, finally another employee that had a noticeable disability and was cleaning kindly ask what I was waiting for and one of the employees that knew I was waiting for said, we’re waiting on her to move your car the same way she’s waiting on her order! Mind you, not one customer was in the store nor the drive thru while I waited. I explained I was in a hurry and the first employee mocked at the kind disabled man saying he’s slow, like it was his fault although it was clear he had nothing to do with preparing my order and he was actually being helpful! I’ve never experienced such rude service or witnessed an employee mocking his disabled coworker! The worst service I’ve ever experienced!
