This Popeyes is absolutely $hit, two times I order food online and they couldn't find my order. When they finally rack the intelligence to find my order, they take over 20 Mins to make my order, when I ordered online 40 mins ago. Not to mention the employee are blasting ratchet music with cussing in the kitchen, scaring the children and old people. Throw the whole store away pleae

If I could give -1 star I would they have roaches and rats!!! Don’t clean the fryers! Lazy management! Do not eat here and they are very discrimination based!!! Below is one of the fryers that is broken! Racism is here the manager Riley fired me over nothing! Just because she could plz do not eat here they have roaches and rats!

Waited for a half hour for a pick up order. The female worker in the back kept coming up with a new excuse as to why they couldn't put the order together and thought it was funny each time. They weren't busy and no one in their drive thru . The other person waiting was complaining about this location and said " they never can seem to put any orders together ". I canceled the order .

On Superbowl Sunday I saw an ad for a special on Popeye's chicken wings. My wife and I are 80 years old and thought that would make a great meal while watching the game. I called the restaurant before leaving and asked if I could order the special in the store or in the drive-thru and was told that I could. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that the order had to be placed online. I unfortunately had left my cell phone at home (a 10 minute drive) so I asked to talk to the manager to see if he could be nice enough to take the order without me having to drive another 20 minutes to get my phone. I have never been treated so rudely by an individual in my life. He basically told me it wasn't his problem that I didn't order on line, that he was unable to take my order at the special rate but I could order it at the regular price which was 8 dollars more (we live on social security). When I was ready to leave...without my meal...I asked him for his name. He said he had no obligation to give me his name...probably didn't want it in the review. I found out later that his name is JOHN. If I can recommend anything in this review it would be to stay away from this Popeye's location and it's manager JOHN.

They don’t take gift cards with “the barcode.” Twice I’ve been there now and they haven’t accepted my legitimate gift card with a balance on it. Weird because the location in Kettering does.Other than that the service was good and food was hot and fresh.

Popeyes has the best fast food chicken in the industry. Problem is they have the worst service model to go with it. Food got a one because two times in a row we have left without food because of a service issue. This time was a 15 minute wait because they had no chicken cooked at diner time. It's 5pm how about you throw down some chicken!

When it's hot and fresh it's great! I recommend the nuggets over the tenders. I find that the tenders don't have the same juiciness nuggets do. You have to get a biscuit and the fries are good!

I have never had a worse experience at a fast food restaurant. We paid and nothing else was said to us. We moved up to the next window where the last customer sat in the drive through. We then waited 30 minutes for food. Mean while no one said anything to us until they were hanging us the food. Even more issues when I had to go inside because they forgot things for the order in the 30 minutes it took them to give it to us.

Basic Popeyes. Customer care? Waited 4 minutes to place an order at the counter and the same female that greeted me took my order, had to get her to understand I was standing there to order food and not pickup. She made it a hassle because I was not standing in front of her register when she decided to finally walk up and take orders.
