I met the owner of this food truck at Cabinet of Curiosities last evening. Turns out, it's my buddy Pat, from way back!! The food truck was closed, but after seeing the food they cook up on Pat's phone, I can't wait to take my wife in there for a meal. It should also be noted that Pat is about the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, so it warms my heart to see all these good reviews.
