LOVE Cooper's Hawk in Centerville. A wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. Beautiful, clean facility, outstanding staff and delicious food and wine!
I highly recommend dining at this fine establishment. the entire staff is highly professional and yet very personable. I have never experienced a bad service and the food is alway phenomenal!!
The wine tasting room folks make it right every time. They are the only reason i come here. (And seldom if ever mess up).
The kitchen is one out of ten. The last two dining experiences i have sent back. The first time made right and comped (which was more than expected). The second i got a very hot plate but still cold food as the fix. I was given an excuse that ignored the fact i wanted a hot meal.
The management is 50/50 when the kitchen or bar fails.
