I have been going to this pretzel bakery since I was a kid my parents and my grandparents used to buy them from the arcade and then we started going down to Xenia Avenue and Dayton best pretzels I've ever had I sent them to my family and GEORGIA all the time
Wow! We are so pleased and impressed with Smales! We ordered pretzels for our childrens birthday party and the team went above and beyond! The pretzels were delicious and the owner went out of her way to get them to us at our party outside of business hours. They were a hit! They were even able to customize them in a dog bone shape for our paw patrol dog theme party. Would 100% recommend. We will definitely be repeat customers.
I do love their pretzels but DO NOT expect them to be shipped any time soon after you place an online order. I placed a order on the 16th of May and 7 days later order is still in pending status. I learn and pass on my experience good or bad.Edit: They did get in touch with me through email and at this point I am very satisfied. As I stated earlier I will post the good and bad and their response was very good.
