Spaghetti Warehouse offers great-tasting food, with a friendly and nice waitress named Carla providing excellent customer service. However, there were issues with other employees who were reported to be rude and unhelpful, particularly at the front of the restaurant. There was a problem with seating as well, as a request to sit in the trolley was denied, but it was later observed to be nearly empty. The atmosphere was dimly lit and located near the bar, which was not ideal for families with young children. The register was not utilized to assist in paying the bill, causing inconvenience. While the food was enjoyable, there was a confusion regarding the rewards program, as the waiter mentioned it was only for the Columbus store. Overall, Spaghetti Warehouse has potential for improvement in customer service and seating arrangements.
