Americanos in the evening are completely different from morning ones. The morning employees should train those working in the evening! Otherwise great!

As a starbys girl I usually Starbucks often and honestly this location is okay. It was better months ago like excellent service actually but something about the holiday szn has messed up this location. They’ve messed up my fav drink twice but I give them some grace because I been seeing a line wrapped around the building a lot recently. I suppose the holiday szn stress is getting to the employees. Just remember that when some of you wanna cuss out a young employee just trying to make it through life. They are only human but hopefully they get back to normal soon because I usually love this location!

I visited Starbucks today through the drive-through with my mother, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My mother placed a simple order for a coffee with half-and-half. She prefers her cream and flavoring on the side, and the first barista who took our order told her that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they could put both the cream and flavoring together in one cup. My mother then asked for a specific number of pumps so she could adjust the drink to her liking.

At that point, another employee—Grace—suddenly came over the loudspeaker and her tone was immediately rude and dismissive. She interrupted the order, spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, and made it seem like our request was unreasonable, even though all we were asking for was control over the amount of cream.

Because the interaction over the intercom felt disrespectful, we decided to go inside to resolve the issue calmly. However, when we got in, Grace acted as though nothing had happened. She tried to completely dismiss our concerns and behaved as if she had not been rude over the loudspeaker. All I wanted was less cream than they typically put in the drink, and I didn’t understand why that turned into an issue.

When I politely asked for the corporate number to file a complaint, she pretended not to know it and refused to provide any guidance. The entire situation felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially considering it all started with a very simple request.

This experience left both of us feeling disrespected and unheard, and it does not reflect the level of service we expect from Starbucks.

Giving an overall 2 star because this location cant seem to get their shit together. Food & drinks are good, cant really mess that up too bad. Its the service that is awful. I waited in line for 25min today just to be handed the wrong drink first. Then they asked what I ordered again as I had been sitting there with no drinks to show for. They clearly didnt make them and were rushing to do so. Then one drink thats handed to me was correct and the other the wrong size (mind you I already paid for 2 venti drinks). I told them it was supposed to be a venti and they just gave me blank stares and couldn't do anything for me. I had to get back home so I said its whatever and left.

This isnt the first time this has happened to me at this location. They are consistently charging me for the wrong order, making wrong drinks, etc. They need better staffing.

I get home and the grange I got was only about 2/3 of the way full the venti about 3/4. The danish was good. The venti was an iced sugar cookie breve, but tasted more like chicken broth with scorched milk. I called up to inform them and after telling them about it the guy on the phone acted as if he could no longer hear me. I heard every word he said and I could hear him recount what I said to whoever he was talking to.

The staff here are amazing. I dine inside and just watch them work so well with each other. It was like they had each others back with out even talking to one another. Came is for breakfast and it was quite pleasant atmosphere.

Waited forever in line today for a simple iced Chai. Cashier, shoved my drink at me with a straw. Did not want a straw, she rudely told me I had to take it. Being team no straw, this was wrong. Refused to take it. Obviously, not going back, and no tip. Drink was ok.

They never get my coffee right?And they have an attitude seems..For the prices that you pay , you should get what you ordered that's why i've been going to dunkin' donuts way better. Prices are just too high

I wish that we could clone the workers here for all the other locations! This crew is sweet, quick, always positive and will having you driving away with a smile on your face. AND they are now open even earlier. Huge shout out to the early morning crew for always going above and beyond ❤️
