Extremely frustrating experience. I drove there at 6:45 am. Google clearly says this Starbucks opens at 5:30 am, but when I arrived, it was closed, even though the drive-thru menu sign was lit up. Nowhere on the building did it mention any later opening time, leaving me standing there with no answers. If you’re going to change your hours, at least update Google and post a sign. Huge waste of time. Go get your coffee at Dunkin’s they’re actually open before 7.
I perused some prior reviews and normally don't make comments but HAD to today. Today was the power outage 9/28/24. For over THREE HOURS this place had anywhere between 40-55 people in it. This is not a big place. I came because I had to no power at home to do my work. The staff handled it like absolute champs. The lady with brown hair and middle-aged at the register was efficient, professional, and stepped in to help with drinks if the rare moment presented. The entire working staff moved phenomenally quickly, even though wait times reached up to 30 minutes. With the number of drive-through orders, in-person orders, and delivery/pick up orders I can't believe they pulled it off. Unreal. I have to say, objectively, that my drink was a bit bitter and the cold foam was subpar, but overall acceptable, especially with the circumstances. People who complain with prior reviews likely just don't understand what these employees have to go through with the now-nationally-known issues the Company has, with so many moving parts with their drinks being a potential downfall. HOWEVER, the staff, in the face of all this, did mind-blowingly well. This staff also lets me enjoy my kids here sometimes and they are friendly and courteous. Well-freaking done, everyone. Keep treating your staff better, @Starbucks.

I do not understand how for more than a week you are out of the most popular drink ingredient of the season. It's pumpkin by the way.

As a current Starbucks employee, this store keeps disappointing me. I don’t have any problems visiting other locations around but somehow every time I come here they mess up my drinks, and usually I’m ordering for my partner since I already drink Starbucks too much at work. Trust me I understand being busy and making mistakes but the pattern is insane. I know exactly how drinks should look and taste. How they managed to make an iced matcha with cold foam (a crazy simple drink) taste like water I have no idea. I’m tired of my partner being disappointed every time I get them starbucks because the one near us happens to be awful. Please do better guys
It says they have free Wi-Fi, but I have tried multiple times to connect to it with a laptop and an iPhone. It will say it connects, but always pops up with the message that there is no Internet. This isn’t a problem I’ve had at any other Starbucks.
Nice employee and fast service
Today I got a scrummy drink, strawberry açai lemonade light ice no berries and i felt myself ascend to heaven.

Always friendly. Fast service. Gets my order correct every time. Shoutout to Alexis for even chasing me down when I forget my food and start to leave with just my drink. Thank you!

Every single time I've come to this location without fail they've gotten my drink wrong in some way.I do not order complicated drinks, usually just the way the drink comes by standard. There is no reason why my drink tastes like mocha syrup when it's a caramel ribbon crunch frap. You guys didn't even give me the crunch or the lined cup that I asked for. My partner works at a different Starbucks and is flabbergasted by how wrong my drinks have been consistently here. I am NOT coming back to this location again.

Checked my bank account as cashier didn't want to give me a receipt, she added a $5.00 tip on a $14 order without permission. I called store and was treated awful. Whoever answered the phone refused to give me her name for reference and told me to call back later. I treat my son to a pink drink weekly at Starbucks. This location never has strawberries and yesterday the pink drink was sour tasting. At the very least, apologize for over charging me. She didn't apologize, refused to give me her name then hung up on me.

The first strike against this Starbucks was being out of avocado at noon. The second strike was issues with the wifi. What made up for both of these things was the music, my god. I usually dislike when coffee shops play energetic music instead of something atmospheric/acoustive/jazzy/generally conducive to getting work done, but the energetic music played by THIS Starbucks was by the likes of Lauryn Hill, Erykah Badu, Mary J. Blige...EVEN A TRIBE CALLED QUEST!! Whoever "had the aux" had some serious taste and I hope they have that honor every time they work.I also must comment on the set up. There's a long booth that runs along the entire length of the back-wall, with 2-seater tables and chairs all along it. VERY conducive to getting work done AND to being comfy. Well done.

Consistently slow drive through times. Even if there is no one in the drive through or inside and I order a plain refresher I wait 5+ minutes and see people just hanging out inside or my drink sitting.

The red head girl working the drive thru was literally the nicest most cheerful person. Literally made a difference in my morning. Thanks sis!
