Every time I come in I always get a hello. I enjoy talkin the nice ladies that work there. Yall are amazing and im not the only one to think that. The one time I went in Adrian asked me if I like the wide mouth lid or the small opening lid. It's the little things that make a difference, thank you Adrian. ?
Drinks are usually right but not always. The impression is that you are bothering the staff by coming in and definitely by asking for literally anything. Drinks often take an inexplicably long time (10 minutes and nothing else has been coming out while my app says 2-4 minutes). They rarely use the order board to track orders and it’s always wrong because they indicate they are making or done before they’ve actually started your drink. Also, exactly zero of their power outlets...
Now it wasn’t bad to go here, but it’s not the best Starbucks in the world, I’ve been here for both dine in a take out, and while the dine in was pretty good, a solid 4.4 out of 5 stars, going through the drive thru was not good. We had to wait 10-15 minutes after putting our order (keep in mind we didn’t order at that moment the order was already placed) and when we were finally at the section where you get your food and drinks they gave us 2 of the 4 drinks we got them...
