I shopped at 6:45pm on Saturday 7/26.

The person who put my veggies on did not wash his hands after handling money and picking up trash off the ground. He was also totally out of uniform (he was wearing a shirt for a car company, and longer hair with no hat). Not even sure if he was a real employee or just a family member of someone else.

Both employees were rude, the veggies looked bad, and they hardly put any at all on my sandwich. Not sure what happened… before the remodel and the complete staffing changeover, this used to be a great store. I should have known better.

Rated two stars only because I was not physically hurt while in the store. Certainly will not come back.

New owners replaced current workers with Indian workers who are rude, do not know what they are doing, and who unfairly took jobs of the good American workers. I will not go there anymore.

This is really frustrating and ridiculous! Everytime I place an order online I always have something missing! Just now I placed and called the worker to NOT FORGET MY DRINK AND CHIPS and 2 minutes later my order was picked up and he still forgot to add my drink and chips and they always think I’m calling to get free food but no you guys are on the clock for a reason to do YOUR DAMN JOB !

Never order doordash here, sandwiches absolutely messed up ,soggy, and not made correctly very disappointing. Chips weren't correct either. Everything seemed so sloppily thrown together. Sad to say this place has gone down in value than what it used to be.

Food... well its Subway, I don't know what kind of review I would be giving a franchised sandwich shop. Its no New York Deli. But the food is fresh, and I am still a fan of the Chipotle Sauce.
Service is quite friendly here. I have been a regular for some time now. Always happy to give the crew a tip.
Atmosphere is nothing special. Like eating at a cafeteria I guess. It is kept very clean.

The Cons...
This location has quit taking all online promotional codes. Which unfortunately has lead me to drive to a new location, that does.

I have two stars because typically this subway is good and clean. Today I walked in as trash cans. I waited for him to be done with all of them and then he came to the counter. Without easing his hands he asked me what I wanted. I said no offense man but you just changed the trash, could you wash your hands? He replied as he walked away with that he only touched liners even though I watched him change the lobby trash. The other employee laughed but did not move to help me as the one went to the back. After a moment, I left because I didn’t feel I could trust what I ate to be clean and not give me some kind of illness. I will not be returning

Went in at 8 05 and had enough eggs for a 6 inch but not a footlong. When I asked isn't it breakfast time the reply was snappy and rude....not even an apology....not the customers fault at least say we ran out were sorry....instead of all we have is enough for a 6 inch. Sorry excuse for customer service.
