The food was OK. I didn't like the dippers too much flatbread and bot enough of the good stuff for my liking. One sub guy was cool the other was uptight and came off as rude.

Placed an online order as I work for the hospital. Got their told the girl behind the counter I'm here to get said placed online order it wasn't even started. She was the only one working until 2 others finally appeared from thr back. They took 2 others orders before even making mine. Told them I need to get mine bc I have to go back to work. Pop machine is still down this has been going on for a while now. They had no diet soda and the 20 Oz they gave ne was hot. Bread was not fresh at all. The girl had no clue as to what she was doing. Will not be back to this location ever again

I went there for lunch today, and the gal said they were out of turkey, beef, and lettuce. “Truck comes at 2”.

She then picked up a piece of chicken with her bare hands and said “We have chicken.”

I left.

Aside from the bathroom being too gross to touch, there was no priority given to my mobile order. I entered the establishment immediately after ordering, and sat for 40 minutes as I watched people walk in and receive attention before mine. What is the point of ordering through the app if I still have to wait behind everyone who comes in after me?

2319 very rude..they don’t have anything at this store..the lady kept on with the head gestures..dont know why she is in chat service she seemed irritated..no eggs and out of guacamole…or she didn’t feel like getting it cause the guac that was there was brown!!! Lady had mad attitude…

The sub was just ok. The bread was good but that was mostly what my sandwich was. Footlong are super thin and the prices are up. $14 for a classic sub combo. And then after I made the decision to spend the money for the combo, I look in the bag and it’s only 1 cookie in there. I turned around tho and they gave me the other one but was looking at me like it was my fault they forgot it. They skimp you on everything

I had called up to this store asking for the owner (Jamie), and the "manager" Jade was completely disrespectful and rude and then hung up on me. When I called back she was even more childish. Obviously Jade is ignorant to the fact that a manager is supposed to act like a professional in all situations, not like an arrogant high school girl. GOOD JOB JADE... YOU JUST EARNED THE STORE A BAD REVIEW!!!
