Came in and try to use coupon that I received in the mail. They tried to limit it and decided not to honor the coupon. Have had problems with location in the past, not taking certain brands of credit cards. You go to chains for consistency… Well, they consistently provide bad service.

Ordered at the wrong time and tried to call them multiple times came to the location and would not refund or remake it was very rude to me definitely 10/10 do not recommend

This store refuses to answer a phone.
Worker messed up our order by putting the wrong condiment and refused to remake the sandwich. Made us pay for a new one even though it was his mistake and not what we asked for.

Subway has dropped to a new low! Service is terrible and the food isn’t fresh. Subways all across the Montgomery County area have been taken over and when they make your sub, they guard you from seeing how much meat they put on your sandwich and when you get it, it’s very disappointing. I used to love Subway but not anymore. I don’t know what happened, but it won’t be in business very long.

Omg! Subway has fallen! I wish I could report better news but Dayton Ohio subways have gotten worse by the day.
Yes, they’re advertisement game is on point. Yes they have a pretty brick and mortar but when I tell you talking to customer service and the food is almost like eating out of a vending machine it’s crazy.
Jersey city and New York corner store deli’s and bodegas make wayyyy better sandwich’s at a fraction of the price!
But Dayton hires without ever training for customer retention just bodies.
If Subway hired me as their customer service train and customer retention advisor they’d beat Jersey mikes easy with their own Jersey boy!

I ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app and they were the most flat sandwiches on the planet, and I literally put more for each veggie… I was wondering why my bag felt so late. I wish I would’ve checked it before I walked out.

Delicious sandwiches and great service. The wonderful workers had to deal with a rude customer right ahead of me and handled it very professionally and then maintained a good mood and treated me very well and made me feel welcome.

After standing in line for over 15 minutes, I walked out. At least one other person did too. This has got to be the worst Subway in Dayton region. AWFUL!!!!

Went in this afternoon around noon to pick up an online order, and for some reason they had a stack of them behind the counter that weren’t made. There was another customer who had just come from Chemotherapy who said the same thing I did as it seems that they either wait for people to show up to start making the food, defeating the entire purpose of ordering ahead, or they really don’t care about mobile orders and only care bout in store customers. Either way that is unacceptable. Two of the employees (male with blonde hair and young girl with red hair) were flirting and laughing as the 3rd employee (African American) did all of the work. Needless to say there’s a Jimmy John’s around the corner I’ll be going to instead from now on. Be better than this!
