One of the best places we have eaten at in awhile. Pricing was good. Food was amazing. All the staff was very friendly. We will be back.

The Foundry is now open for Brunch. Love eating dinner there and decided to try their brunch. Great friendly service and food. New menu items for brunch can be found on their website. Always impressed with my dining experiences at The Foundry.

My wife & I had a dinner date together, and we decided to try out this relatively new place in downtown Dayton. Loved the decor! We sat in a booth right next to the wood-fired pizza oven, and it was fascinating to watch. The 24-hour chicken dinner for my wife was very moist, tender, & flavorful. I enjoyed the burger with the bacon jam, the crisp steak fries, & the deviled eggs appetizer.THEN, for dessert, some of the best carrot cake ever!!! We will definitely be back!!!

This was our first visit. We eventually got to sit at the bar, but it is very difficult since people eat at the bar and they tend to stay for long periods of time. Our reservation was for 7 o’clock and we were eventually seated closer to 8 o’clock. Our server was very nice but very slow.. The food was not particularly good. myself, and one of our party had the squash lasagna, which was huge, and not to my liking. My wife had the salmon Caesar, and the salmon was somewhat overdone, and the salad portion was dripping with The dressing. calamari appetizer was tasty, but over breaded. The crabcakes were overdone. we had the carrot cake for dessert, which was very average. we also shared the pizza, which I would consider very average also. The restaurant because of its location has great potential and it is possible that we just ordered the wrong menu items . on the positive side, the view is very good and the restaurant has a good youthful vibe. I would tone down the music a little bit because conversation was difficult. Once we got a seat at the bar the bartenders were very attentive and pleasant. I am a bourbon drinker, and one of your young female bartenders, was very proud to showcase all of your bourbons, especially the five different kinds of Wellers.

We had reservations at The Foundry before going to see the Nutcracker. Great vibes and awesome cocktails! It was a unique experience for food. We got the forged burger and cheesesteak for entrees... it was good but different (the Foundry Roll were not your typical hoagie/burger bun). The wood fired pizza was great but I absolutely loved the Smoked Burrata Toast. I would recommend this place if you're in the area and have never been.

The view is gorgeous on the patio & the staff is excellent. Every dish I had tried here is great & I love the drinks. One of my favorite spots to visit frequently

Nice space and easy parking. Sunday brunch w a DJ for St Patrick's Day. The menu has something for everyone and the food was very good. The reception and service were polite and helpful. The place is very large and was busy but not full. The kitchen and bar were able to keep up.

The food was excellent; however, our server was not good. She was over attentive and had a very negative approach to the "problems" with the service. She insisted on starting recording our meal with the person she wanted vs where we wanted to start. She took one order order for drinks but not for the other 3. Had to ask to order. First drink received immediately; second took a second request and 15 minutes to receive. Wine ordered was received incorrectly (ultimately comp'ed by the manager). She constantly interrupted conversation to ask if everything was ok. IF we return, would not use her again. Our recommendation to a friend would be with the caveat of selecting another server.

Overall, it was just "okay." I was excited to try the non-alcoholic mocktails, but the Maple Leaf just tasted like a shot of espresso, nothing else. The 24H Chicken was very small, and most of the rice in the risotto wasn't cooked through. The Charred Meatball Pappardelle was so spicy that I couldn't eat it - no indication in the menu that it was a spicy dish. Pasta was also undercooked. The Steak Poutine was the only dish that my party ate in its entirety - of course, the most expensive one on the menu! Dessert was the redemption - all three were very good; Terrine, Tiramisu, and Creme Brulee. Atmosphere was unexpectedly loud, servers weren't engaged with us. We were seated right by the open Pizza Kitchen, and staff frequently stopped right behind our table to have staff-centered conversations, which were easily overheard and disruptive.

Great food but if someone orders a pizza it will come out first and that person will finish the pizza before the rest of the table gets their food. Very odd that they can't serve all the food at the same time.

Great time to get together with childhood friends. Service and food was great! The carrot cake wasn't the usual kind so read the menu before trying. I would recommend trying out atmosphere/food.

The burger was phenomenal. We ordered three lemon drop martinis and they were so bad we sent them back. They brought us new ones and they were still bad!! The appetizers came out after the food, which was disappointing. Food needs timed better but our server was a doll.

Food and service was very good. Their outside patio looks great. Here is the issue. You have to pay $13 to valet park your car. So if want to go to the lounge on the first floor or the Foundry upstairs you need to pay the Valet charge. Dont think I will be going there for a beverage. And why go there for dinner when so many other resaurants provide parking. I am a pro marriott lifetime Titanium member but they are missing the mark to charge for parking if you want dinner or drinks.

We had a 7:15 reservation. Three of our party of 4 arrived at this stunningly gorgeous dining area 10 minutes early, and we were seated right away. Hint - Make sure you take the elevator outside the hotel. You can't get there from the one in the lobby, which we tried at first and failed. Our drink orders were taken within seconds. I asked the waitress to recommend a sweet cocktail, and the quartz radiation did not disappoint. We had the avocado deviled eggs for our appetizer, yummmmmm!!!! You get exactly 4, which was perfect for us. I ordered the crispy pork belly, which was delish. I liked the rice, too, but I wasn't a fan of the potatoes. They don't bring bread before the meal here. I want to come back in the summer so that I can enjoy the patio and try some dessert. Reach out if you'd like to join me!!!! I'm not sure I'll be able to get my fiance to come back. He liked his 24 hour chicken but was a bit blindsided by the price tag, over $360 for 4. I think it was the $15 cocktails that added up.

This restaurant has an amazing view, next tot the stadium and in the heart of Dayton. I highly recommend it. The service is very good and the venue is neat and clean. There are plenty of parking at the hotel' parking lot and I looks safe and convenient. To access the restaurant there is a side door outde on the right side of the building when facing the hotel main entrance.
