Don't waste time or money here. Community hot tub was drained and closed. The pool was nasty and unkempt. There was missing and buckled tile all around the pool and hot tub area. No ice machines working. You have to pay for everything, no continental breakfast, snacks, or coffee. Holes in towels they looked like rags. Shampoo holder fell off the wall first night. The only good thing is the location. It's not at all like the pictures on the internet or Paris Hilton's television commercials.

I was there too do orientation at a college. My daughter was going to close by when I arrived. I explained it to her that we were very tired. She told me that because people have been leaving and not paying that I had to pay upfront I said OK I was gonna pay in cash let me pay up front she said no you cannot pay upfront. You have to run your credit card and if it does not go through you cannot stay so I said I did not bring that card that I have on file and she ran it anyway for the wrong amount she should’ve been trying to run it for 290. She ran it for 280 which don’t add up to her my room cost plus a $50 deposit $50 deposit plus my room cost for the added up to 290 it was just a family trying to get rest before they go back home from college trip and I was treated very wrong and talk to very derogatory so I feel that I will not come and stay at your hotel again because of this this is horrible. I’ve never heard of such I worked in hotels you put a credit card when you make a reservation you pay how you want when you leave. I can’t help the problems that your hotel is having that should not be put on me in the case that it is put on me. You should’ve called me and let me know that before I got there because I had reservations for about a month. I come back in for it because my daughter is trying to go to a college nearby.

It's average. I would have loved to have a free breakfast. Our room had a very musty smell, but it was not present in the hallway. We were in room 406, I had a hoarse voice after 2 days. On the positive side, the bed was comfy as well as the pillows. I'd say the room was clean, other than that musty smell.

Had a nonfunctional toilet for the length of stay. They came up to unclog twice and after the second time they just left the plunger with us. Every time we needed to use the bathroom we had to unclog. Even to just pee. Felt like I was camping instead of at a hotel.

Stay away for now. No ice machines, no hot tub, no workout room, no heated pool. We arrived ready to have dinner and drinks but were told their was a class reunion and the restaurant could not prepare food for guests, same at the bar. We stayed in room 523, it was fine except for the mold in the shower. Otherwise typical HGI room. I must say, Melody at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. So pleasant and apologetic for all the amenities being unavailable. Too bad she had to keep explaining this to guests. So, I would steer clear of here until they get the bids in for the ice machines and can get someone out to repair the pool heater/hot tub. And...if you know you are having an event, prepare for the other guests or send out an informational text or email advising of your shortcomings.

Just your very average HGI. The location is not fantastic. Firstly, like most modern Hilton chain hotels, they are typically built on low cost infill land next to a highway "for your convenience and easy access". Thus there are two sides to the hotel. The quiet side and the side facing a 6 line freeway. I booked a junior suite and all the suites apparently face the freeway. Come on Hilton, you'd expect the best rooms in the place to be the best positioned!!! Someone didn't think this through.. It's not like there's any kind of memorable view on either side. But no, facing the freeway it was, and even when I said I'd pay the same amount for a quite room, I was informed that they were sold out and no other rooms were available? Really? Also, the HGI's use cheap through the wall PTAC a/c units, which let in a lot of exterior noise. I didn't get a good nights rest on any of the 3 nights I was there. There's a lot of 18 wheelers using their jake brakes and a similar number of loud motorbikes, inconsiderate trucks, etc. Just not great for any kind of restful sleep. The dinner menu was very limited, so best to go down the road, where there's lots of restaurants. Breakfast was ok, and the two servers were great. I suspect there's a lot of car crime, as there was a security SUV patrolling the parking lot all night. Finally, the mini market with amenities was almost completely empty for the 3 days I was there. They were apparently waiting for a delivery.....

This location was very. The king with whirlpool was a spacious room. The whirlpool area is off the main room, very clean and a nice addition to the room. When we walked in the room smelled and looked very clean. Very conveniently located near the Wright Patterson Airforce Museum and many other stores. We found a fun large outdoor grill and bar not far with excellent food and live music (Rip Rap Restaurant). I would definitely stay at this location again if in the area. Overall, all the aforementioned makes good and appropriate for families, couples, friends

No one available at check in, digital key did not work. No ice machines in hotel worked, fitness center had 3 treadmills, all were broken. Server at breakfast was swamped and never took our order, in spite of trying for 30 minutes. Group rate pre negotiated not available on check in.

Everything about our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Beavercreek was outstanding. The beautiful and well-kept grounds welcomed us, and the minute you step into the lobby you experience quality.

We stayed here because we were going to spend a day at the National Museum of the Air Force. This hotel was close by, and I thought with it being a Hilton, would be a good choice. It wasn't awful, but it also wasn't great. The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. We checked in on the app and went directly to our room, so we didn't stop by the front desk. The ice machines on our floor was not working, so we had to go to either the 1st floor or 5th floor to get ice. The ATM machine was also not working. The room was clean, but the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The fixture for the shower was broken but still useable. There was evidence of a leak under the sink. The shower tile and the toilet needed a good cleaning. There shouldn't be a ring in the toilet. The pillows and bed weren't the most comfortable. I think that I had the world's lumpiest pillow that night. For dinner we ate downstairs at the bistro. The bartender was super friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner. The food was good and the service was great. I'd definitely eat there again for dinner. Breakfast was available in the morning, but we thought it was expensive for a buffet. It was $12 a person for the buffet. We're not big breakfast eaters and didn't feel it was worth the price. The location of the hotel is great. There's a lot shopping and restaurants close by the hotel. Be aware of there is a hospital across the street when selecting a room. We heard ambulance sirens all night. Pick a room that's on the back side of the hotel and not the front. Overall, it was just OK. We were disappointed in the hotel for the amount of money that we spent for just one night. I doubt we stay here again.

Because a number of things one would expect to be available (ice machines, ATM) - and the main reason we selected this hotel (the hot tub) - were inoperative. Additionally, the breakfast buffet included for an additional fee was actually a "modified buffet" where the hot food was inaccessible to guests. We were very disappointed, and won't be staying at this HGI location again.

Stayed here one night while on a college tour. Hotel is conveniently located with food and shopping close by. Arrived very late at night so did not really have the time or energy to look around. The front desk clerk Jenny was the warm and friendly face we needed to see after being on the road for 10 hours. Our two-bedroom suite was very spacious. The rooms looked like they needed some freshening but the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation so I'm sure it will all be addressed once they are complete. Our room was very quiet; we did not hear any neighbor noise. Breakfast was what you would expect and had enough items to choose from. The hotel was only a 15 minute ride to Dayton which was perfect for us. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We checked in a day in advance when we were notified to do so by email. When we arrived, we were given a room we did not book. We booked a suite as we had our granddaughter with us. Instead, we were given a king jacuzzi room. It did have a pullout couch with no bedding and there was dirt on the king bed with a frayed duvet. We were told that they were overbooked, and that they gave away our suite. Offered us a discount but what good was that going to do? It was now midnight and it took a long time to find another hotel as they were all booked for some reason. We finally did find a room at Home 2 by Hilton. It was now 1 o’clock in the morning by the time we got to our room. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and it was stifling. We were too tired to complain at that point. In the morning we received a text with instructions to check out. My husband called the desk and said, we booked this room for 2 nights. The girl at the desk said that he was correct and to ignore the text. Within an hour housekeeping was at the door asking us why we hadn’t left yet so she could clean the room. So we went down to the front desk and were standing in line for service and overheard the staff talking about room 414 (us). They were discussing that we hadn’t left yet and had anybody gone to fix the air conditioning. So I spoke up so that they would quit embarrassing themselves and me by talking about me so publicly. I said excuse me, I am room 414. My air conditioner is broke and I’m supposed to be here for two nights. The maintenance man was very nice and tried to fix the air conditioner, but couldn’t so they moved us to another room. Never bothered to try to compensate us for all of this inconvenience, not even upgrade the room. This is how Hilton treats its guests and honors program members

Blackout blind stuck in down position. Reported to front desk. Said they'd tell maintenance. No one came. It made the room very dark. Fire alarm went off. No one told us it was an accidental triggering until we got to the lobby. I was in a wheelchair on the 3rd floor. If it had been real, elevators would have stopped and I would not have been able to go down the stairs. Why are accessible rooms on upper floors? We are Silver members. That used to mean complimentary water upon arrival. Didn't happen. Slow internet TV remote would not allow channels to be punched in, and scrolling was only forward. Could go back. Arriving to the room (wheelchair), had trouble getting in between two housekeeping carts/bins parked across from each other in the hallway.

Late checkin and had issues with reservation. Front desk said I had to use the app to correct? They were friendly just not helpful. Sheets in the room were the scratchiest I’ve ever experienced! (I stay at least 10-15 hotels a month!). Housekeeping also ignored the do not disturb sign and knocked on the door repeatedly until i answered before 8 am!!!! Hotel manager said thanks for the feedback and hope you stay again!!!!!!
