We were traveling from Buffalo New York to Mahomet IL and stopped at the Smokey Bones in Dayton for dinner. We have a Smokey Bones in Buffalo which is excellent and expected the same service in Dayton, we were not disappointed! Smokey Bones has an extensive menu with a focus on smoked meats. We suggest their baby back ribs their signature dish.

The food was delicious and our waitress was so helpful kind and we didn't have to wait for anythg.. Katelyn was very professional she smiled and made sure we had everything we needed ..the meau had a lot to offer and the restaurant had a great mood over all my experience all together was great .and I will be back and I'll recommend smoky bones to my family and friends as a great restaurant to visit..

I wanted spots bar with barbecue food. I thought the name would have been enough that I was right. Wrong. The baby back ribs were flaky and dry. The street corn was not on the cob, just a cup with the ingredients and the cole slaw was not creamy as advertised. What makes things worse is that this was a special Ribfest?? I will say thatI was served fast and the bartender was nice.
