I eat at tropical smoothie alot. Will not be going back to this one. I ordered 2 sandwiches & two smoothies. I asked why it's full price for the smoothie when the sign right by the register clearly states its $4.49 to add on to your meal. She said oh I don't know its just what we charge. I asked to speak to a manager & she said their isn't one here. It is pricey there anyway but then I don't want to pay even more than I'm supposed to.
Very hit or miss. I personally used to work here under the old management, and it does seem to have been improved since then. But the order i just received was awful. I went in and was given ICE COLD sweet potatoes. All we do is throw them in the microwave, but these were given to me straight out of the fridge.
