Was in today and it was a horrible experience as I had to go to the restroom to get a wet paper towel to wash off a table to even sit at since every table was dirty and it was only 1230 they had just opened at 11. Then our food sat in the window because nobody told us we had to watch a small TV screen for a number. As if that was not bad enough I had to take my hamburger back up for them to remove what I asked not to be put on it. They switched out a bun and gave me back a now cold hamburger. It's definitely not worth the $13 per hamburger and $3.75 for the fries. Went to the casino just for walburgers and it was disappointing to say the least.

Rude staff. Seen to many people on cell phones. told wait time would be 10 to 15 minutes had to wait 50 minutes before I got up to ask where my food was and the girl behind counter was very rude. Bad experience and I won’t be back. I would rather leave and get food somewhere

I have been looking forward to the Wahlburger experience but after waiting over an hour to receive our meal, my disappointment was already set in. Service needs serious improvement, no communication about the estimated wait time or why. Several upset customers asking for a refund. Food should have been piping hot but was simply adequate. Hamburger 6/10 and excellent fries. 9/10.

They're short staffed like everywhere else, so there will be a wait on getting your food. The French fries are very basic and the onion rings are more like onion slices. - they're inconvenient to eat and because they're so thin they got cold way quicker.

This wasn't from the restaurant but I had nightmares after eating this burger from a Meijer that I had purchased an I haven't had one till this day an that was back im January thus year but i love the movies ????

Ok so was very worried seeing the previous reviews. But wow! The burger had decent flavor. But could bump up the quality of bacon. But dinner for 2 with drinks and one order of fries was only $32. Would go back, only downside is you have go to a casino to enjoy it.

Not what we expected. It wasn't a restaurant more like a food court set up. Wasn't anything like there full menu . Just 3 to 4 hamburgers selections. Hamburgers patties had no taste. That enough of there special sauce to make a difference. We still want the try the Whalburger full service restaurant. Maybe that is be better.

Waited 30 minutes for two burgers. Counter style ordering, like a food court at the mall. Came here for my birthday and left disappointed. They were not busy at all but still took forever to get our food. Would not recommend.

So-o-o disappointed! After watching the Wahlburgers show for many years, I expected so much more! First of all, a food court! Tacky, IMHO. Second, my burger was just awful! Tasted frozen and cost way too much! Wouldn't even take leftovers to my dogs. Third, no tater tots or alcohol except draft beer. Fourth, extremely poor service - very slow and not helpful or interested in helping anybody. All in all, would definitely not ever do a food court Wahlburgers and would think twice about going to a restaurant. I don't think this is what Paul Wahlburger would approve! Too bad it was my choice for a birthday dinner!
