Rude staff. Seen to many people on cell phones. told wait time would be 10 to 15 minutes had to wait 50 minutes before I got up to ask where my food was and the girl behind counter was very rude. Bad experience and I won’t be back. I would rather leave and get food somewhere
I have been looking forward to the Wahlburger experience but after waiting over an hour to receive our meal, my disappointment was already set in. Service needs serious improvement, no communication about the estimated wait time or why. Several upset customers asking for a refund. Food should have been piping hot but was simply adequate. Hamburger 6/10 and excellent fries. 9/10.

Was in today and it was a horrible experience as I had to go to the restroom to get a wet paper towel to wash off a table to even sit at since every table was dirty and it was only 1230 they had just opened at 11. Then our food sat in the window because nobody told us we had to watch a small TV screen for a number.
