Don't waste your time with this location. It's actually amazing this location is still open lol. I've never personally eaten here, but I do delivery pick ups from here a lot. Almost always I have to end up cancelling because the line is ALWAYS very backed up. I went there the other day and there were eight people in line, including myself. The person at the speaker was waiting for several minutes for their order to be taken. After almost ten minutes, I decided I was going to cancel the order and leave. As I was pulling out, literally every single employee was out front talking, smoking, and laughing about all the cars sitting there waiting for them. They also like to frequently say they are closed when they are open for several more hours. That's happened 4 different times i have been there.

I came here after visiting my daughter in the hospital and I Waited 5 min before the guy took my order( did I say no one I mean no one was in line. I repeated my order and it was still wrong Plus it has a Bad smell like the grease needs changing. Eating our food like this is Unsantize they have trays But no liners. People standing around come clean your lobby tables nasty trash on floor. The guy that took my order was giving me my FOOD IN OUR HAND I HAD TO ASK FOR A BAG. THE MANAGER with the red hair needs to be friendly I see why my so inlaw went to the WENDYS 3 miles away And I have Pics

Everytime I go here is a mistake. They're so slow that this time i straight up left before ordering. The order is never right. I am always disappointed.
Place only had one worker doing everything. She didn’t have on gloves touching everything. Her finger nails were dirty (working on a car dirty). With her being the only one there the it was slow service. My sandwich was dry (No sauce) which means it was throw together to get me away from the store.

There were 6 cars in the drive thru when I got there about 8pm on March 31. I waited 5 minutes and car’s didn’t move so I went inside. Waited another 8 minutes and nobody even came to the counter. A few associates walked by but no acknowledgment. All I heard was them complaining back and forth and one lady went outside to smoke…..still nobody took my order

First let me say this used to be one of the best Wendy's in the city of Dayton they used to have fast service hot food and you can get guarantee that you're going to have a wonderful customer service experience now it's nothing like that the staff is not the best the management don't really care I believe they sold it off to another company or what not if you're at the front counter they don't pay attention to it
