Went into the waiting room waited a half hour for my meal, I know it's not this location it's all Wendy's but they didn't take the $5 when they scanned my app,but at least the food was fresh when we finally got it.

Went to pick up a mobile order today after deciding McDonald's was too busy. We were immediately pulled forward off the timer, a sign of being busy for only having one car in front of us. It'd been over 10 minutes when I thought of going inside to ask if everything was okay when a woman opened the door to apologize and communicate with us that they were severely understaffed.

At face value it wasn't a good experience, *however,* I can't tell...

Wait times are usually longer here, don’t blame the employees as they’re obviously understaffed when going and you know they aren’t being paid enough, order usually isn’t wrong but I am always missing sauce in my order which is frustrating since the fries and nuggets just suck without any condiments, workers are usually nice here just need more workers to function better
