Ordered something did not like how it looked immediately asked for a refund and was told the only option I have is to exchange it for another menu item I told them I want my money they refused I left and left the restaurant without the food I paid for because as I mentioned I did not want it. So they scammed me out of $9 bucks

After placing and paying for a MOBILE order (drive thru pickup), the total was $45.23. When I went to pick up the food, the total was magically changed to $73.38. The manager wanted to argue that the remaining balance was not paid of $28.15. After showing the store my digital receipt and comparing it to the paper receipt from the store, they charged every item INDIVIDUALLY A F T E R I paid for combos. So, I ended up paying for separate fries, drinks, burgers, etc. I'm currently on hold with corporate.

We went and got food at 9p ordered via drive thru the young man was great. At the window our fries was old stale and barely warm. The manager was told she gave us fresh fries. We get all the way home and the dbl Wendy's burger is forgotten. We had to go back all we have was 2 sandwiches and fries and salad. My salad cheese was rotten , molded green and blue on various parts of the cheese it stunk.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes just to get my order wrong. They were also too lazy to toast the english muffin. I wont be back.
I bought the bacon mushroom burger. It did NOT look neatly like the pic!! It was sloppily put together!

If you don't have at least 15 minutes to spare don't go to this Wendy's They're slow AF!! all day everyday doesn't matter the time. The food is fresh but the service is sub-par
