Only 1 person was working there that day. She was coming collecting money, making drinks and handing the food out. That is horrible to put anyone through that much stuffParking: The Harshman Rd, Dayton Ohio store needs people and they need to be friendly. This store will close if they don't get help. It's horrible for only 1 person to do it all and she only gets the pay of 1, not 3.Your company should be ashamed of itself to put someone through that kind of torture.

The kiosk right in the front of the building for the whole world to see says dining room open at 7am. We go at 830 and the door is locked yet they’re dealing with the drive thru and orders thru there. Don’t advertise a specific time yet not be available.

Horrible food horrible service ana horrible atmosphere. All my food was cold, saw a MANAGER take fries off the counter and throw them back under the heat lamp on top of new fries that is disgusting. Don't think their vent is on over fryers the smell in there was horrible old oil and cold food what happen to Wendy's terrible not at all what it use to be.

Heather is about a poor example of not only a manager but human being. Why should I have to pay over $23 for an order that was wrong when we wanted to have a family meal together. Her body language was so off putting, arms crossed, nasty look on her face. THIS..THIS.. THIS..is exactly the problem with places nowadays. Companies hiring these piss poor excuses for employees with no work ethic and they treat customers like garbage and then wonder why you have no sales.

Horrible experience at this location waited in line for 20 mins while watching multiple walk out from waiting longer than me while watching a employee vaping in the kitchen and lobby multiple times over the food and proceeded to cross contaminate the food with his bare hands this location needs to close or clean house and get a fresh start with a good staff
