Gave us messed up order, could not reach any staff over phone. Contacted corporate and received coupon for free meal and they absolutely refuse to honor. I find this absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. I hope this call to corporate will fix this issue within the staffing of this location. I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE so you do not get the same treatment I am.
Good place to eat food with hot when we got it it's always hot when you get it make sure you go to that Wendy's out on Dorothy Lane.
So I don't frequent this Location on Dorothy lane very often, but I went through last evening and I was not satisfied so I called in this morning with a simple order that I wanted to have replaced and the GM who I didn't know at the time was the one that I spoke with, he was more than happy and very apologetic to fix my order immediately. Which did not take more than 2 minutes? And this g m's name is Eric. Great guy definitely cares about his restaurant and his subordinates....read full review
