The absolute best customer service experience. They helped me so much today. Gave me directions and whe. I came back for my order all three lady's walked me kindly through the menu assuring the best deals were applied and even covered the difference when I was accidentally short. 😅 food was top notch!!!. Hot fresh and delicious my cashier was Sophia and Nanda and Jessica were very very helpful!! Ill be back and with more customers.🥰

Just don’t even do it
As much as i love Wing Zone the company because it's more affordable and the flavors are good. This is the only one within Dayton since the one in West Carrollton is closed, they should have just went ahead and closed this one down too. It's been a solid 4 years since the last time i ordered Wing Zone and it was just terrible. Bought a 100 pack for a party and they got the order wrong TWICE. It was as if they gave me somebody else's order or simply didn't even bother looking at what they were supposed to be making for their outgoing orders. This place is a waste of money for the consumers and the company itself.
TL;DR They don't pay attention to what they're supposed to be making and make whatever they want for you. Just go somewhere else.

I have been ordering food from this place since it opened, when they changed their tenders to a pressed chicken I stopped ordering those until they brought back the original ones because they were horrible, they used to have the best potato wedges for their fries but now they are just the cheapest fries on the market ave suck-- my last 2 orders were the worst I've ever had- they failed to fill the order correctly i was missing parts of it, and then last night(jan,02,2026) was not only the worst food I've ever gotten but the service was totally a freaking nightmare--I ordered at 7:29 pm the delivery was supposed to be st 8:41 pm-- at 8:47 i called and asked about it and I was told the driver had picked it up and was on his way-- at 9:15 I called again and was given just the worst possible explination-- the woman that answered both times i called tells me she was the only one there working and that she was doing her best and the driver was handling several deliveries, now mind you this was 34 min after my delivery was supposed to be at my house-- then she gives me the driver's number to ask the driver where he's at-- now I try to call the driver and it says it's not in service--I now try to call the store back and it goes straight to voice mail--she blocked my number-- my daughter calls and she answers (go figure) at this time the driver shows up and delivers the food--amazingly it was all there but since it's now almost an hour late the food is completely cold, and she had assured me it was still hot as it was kept under warmers until picked up--so I put it in the microwave to warm it up-- the cheese sticks melt, the onion rings are no longer crispy and god forbid because it was under a heat lamp the chicken is overly cooked
This was the worst food I have ever gotten, I don't know if the original owner is still there or if he sold out but this place has gone to shit and the people are freaking horrible please for the love of food order somewhere else

Nanda is amazing. She works hard everyday to make delicious quality food! I order doordash from here all the time and the wings are juicy, fresh, and crispy

Great food and nice restaurant. Not really much space to eat in, but carry out orders are made quickly to order. Make sure to ask for your sauces, even if you ordered them. They tend to forget to give them to you. Overall the experience was nice. Friendly cashier, great food, and reasonably priced. Be sure to check out the daily specials! They won't mention them to you, but they are listed on the walls.

Completed an order online. Specified on ordered I would like sauce on the side. Wings were covered in sauce. I presented the order and receipt to worker as this was not the first time. She stated I should've taken extra initiative to call and let them know it should be on the side. I asked why when it is on the order already. She was rude and stated it would be 10 minutes, I requested a refund. She didn't want to process it because it was already made, while I understand they prepared it, the order was still wrong with no apology or accountability. Poor service overall. Never had this issue before, not sure what has changed.

Very very dirty inside and very slow they said 20 mins when i ordered got there in about 30 and still wasnt done
Website says they open at noon , Google says this was confirmed by the business a week ago . However after placing my order and making the payment, the store is not open yet and it’s well after the pick up time that they provided to me. No answer on the phone either!!
Food was good. Nothing was labeled. They gave me none of my ranch. Took twice as long as was expected. Ordering was horrible.

ordered our food, shows up 1hr passed it's estimated time. sauce all over the wings (we ordered sauce on the side) didnt deliver the drink i ordered with our combo meal. soggy wings. this place is a joke.

I am the owner of wing zone but I have problems with my page thats why its not mentioned as owner. I also checked order history from our doordash Merchant app and under your name we did not receive order. Please check the restaurant name and location again it could be other wing restaurant.
I am so Sorry to heard that and you mentioned this picture to our website, unfortunately this boneless not from my store even I am not used uncooked boneless wings , beige napkins and also not used black fork at my restaurant at all , I don't know where you got this picture ??? If you are a real customer you can come to the store and get your refund. I don't know what is your purpose but it's completely unfair to give wrong review .

Even though they were super busy the night we went, and messed up our order. The staff went out of their way to make the order right and double and triple checked. They were also incredibly friendly and apologetic as well.

I originally ordered Honey Q wings but accidentally received Smoking Q instead, which were way spicier than I expected. I called the store, and the staff were super friendly and immediately offered to make it right by giving me Honey Q wings with fries on the house the next day. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was awesome—great customer service and really nice people!
