It's ok for take out
They have many issues with the availability of the best selling items. The best items being the fried chicken and bbq chicken. The pulled pork lacks flavor and the ribs always have the membrane on it which makes it chewy. I always get the bbq wings over the quarters due to the quarters lacking flavor most of the time.
They know what they're doing with a smoker! Carry out only, but everything is good!
