“If you’re anywhere near Defiance, do yourself a favor and stop at 7 Brew! Every single time I visit, the staff is absolutely amazing, but I have to give a special shoutout to Tai! She was so welcoming, kind, bubbly, and full of positive energy. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that kind of customer service makes all the difference.

The entire crew is always incredible, and the drinks never disappoint. I’m not from Defiance, so I only get to stop by occasionally, but it’s become a mandatory pit stop every time I’m in town. My Cookie Butter coffee is always perfection, and it’s the best way to make my drive home so much more enjoyable.

“Love the food and the smoothies are delicious, BUT at the window the girl was not polite at all and pretty much shoved our food at us and when we went to ask for one more straw she just shuts the window😳 we had to wait for her to come back to the window to ask for one. After getting the straw we got no thank you or anything….just seems like people now a days need to learn basic communication and how to be polite.“
