Craved fried chicken, and definitely got a lot of fried chicken. Fill up box did exactly what it was titled to do, and filled me right up. Service was pretty good and the employees were friendly.
The worst KFC experience I've ever had. I went thru the drive-thru paid $29.99 for an 8 pcs family bucket. Original Recipe. Got home the chicken was over cooked the 2 legs were cooked together and the rest the chicken was dry and over cooked.

Don't go to the one in defiance because last time I was there they had nothing cooked. All I had was crispy chicken and pot pies. All the kids wanted was chicken strips and we wanted chicken sandwiches but they didn't have none of it cooked.

Did a mobile order and received everything in a timely manner. Inside needed cleaned up a bit but wasn't terrible. I believe it was the manager I had contact with and she was very nice.

Very friendly staff, managers could take some notes on customer service though. Via drive thru, we were asked to park for a couple minutes due to line behind us, and food was brought out very quick. Hit or miss whether the chicken will be dry or not.Only complaints would be managers and they messed up my sides. Staff was very quick to fix the issue with manager complaining about it.Been twice, and would go again

If I could give fewer stars I might. I ordered 2 wraps which were on the hardest tortillas I have ever had served to me. They were unable to be wrapped they were folded and broken the tiny piece of chicken they placed on this broken tortilla and the least amount of spicy slaw on one and the spicy mac and cheese on the other I feel robbed literally every time I go there.

Always gives the wrong sides for my order and is always out of stock of some chicken. The chicken we did get was very dry and hard to swallow. And the drive through workers especially are very rude. Rolling eyes, no you’re welcome or have a great day, can’t answer any questions, overall rude service at the window.
Great and super nice employees, but RUDE and disrespectful manager. Refused to serve the customer and told him to leave, refused to give her name to the customer, after he had called her out for being blatantly rude to her co-worker, unwilling to be of service, and just downright an unfit manager.

The man who was at the service window was exceptional. He deserves a raise. He was so helpful and I appreciate good people.
The workers acted like we were an inconvenience. We got what they gave us and never asked what we wanted for our sides. Then when we asked what sides came with the meal the young man look at us like we was speaking a foreign language. Very disappointing service
