I purchased a bucket of chicken with 3 sides. Also, 3 piece with 2 sides. Luckily I checked both bags. I had to back thru the drive thru, to get the 2 sides. But I didn't even think about the biscuits.

Well, based on the exterior it makes you wonder if you should risk going inside to eat. Obviously no pride is taken by this owner to make the place inviting. Terrible potholes, grunge on the sidewalk, dirty building, unkept landscaping, and a million cigarette butts welcome you to this restaurant. It will be hard to go back! Glad I didn't look too hard into the food prep area...I can only imagine!
Drive Thru order of a 12 piece chicken bucket with mashed potatoes,gravy, coleslaw and biscuits,the employee at Window said there was a 19 minute to wait we said we would wait. After 20 minutes I went inside to get our order just to be told they now was out of biscuits would be another 9 minutes or they would replace with a different side,so that's what I did replaced with mashed potatoes and gravy. KFC can be hit or miss, but the service is excellent. The food, like the Fill Up Box, is tasty when available. The service is generally good, with friendly employees. Cleanliness inside the restaurant could improve, but the manager was nice and orders were fulfilled promptly, especially for mobile orders. The young man kept his cool and busted out the orders like it was nothing. Overall, KFC can be a reliable spot for satisfying that fried chicken craving, especially with fresh chicken, even if one might need a backup plan in case they run out of chicken.
