Chicken Restaurants in Defiance, OH

“Drive Thru order of a 12 piece chicken bucket with mashed potatoes,gravy, coleslaw and biscuits,the employee at Window said there was a 19 minute to wait we said we would wait. After 20 minutes I went inside to get our order just to be told they now was out of biscuits would be another 9 minutes or they would replace with a different side,so that's what I did replaced with mashed potatoes and gravy. The Defiance KFC has been going down for awhile now,need to get employees that are proud of their job. When I was inside 1 employee had pants down below their hips to where you could see under garment then another employee in food prep area did not have a hair net on and his fro was out there,and then another employee was walking around doing I have no idea but she wasn't helping to get food prepped or help with the orders. So disappointed I will not go back as much as I love KFC.“
