My husband wanted to try this place because we seen great reviews, but unfortunately their customer service is less than desirable. We placed an online order (first time customers) and didn’t see an option to have the sauce on the side and noted. Upon pickup, we noticed that the sauce wasn’t on the side and it was all over the chicken. We called back to let them know there was an error on our order but the person on the phone said I was out of luck because it’s not like he can sell that chicken to someone else. I wasn’t asking for him to sell our chicken to someone else, or for a refund from him. It was our first time ordering and we noted the online order. He told me that he will not refund or remake the order. I’m not sure why they think remaking an order is a big ordeal, but they assured me that they wouldn’t be able to fix the situation. It’s very upsetting to see a small business in Delaware with lackluster customer service, because I was looking forward to trying them out. They recently had a name change and have health code violations when I looked them up online and changed the name to try to eliminate that from their records. It seems very suspicious to me and sad that we will not be ordering from them again. The management should have’s better customer service skills, maybe they will learn that in the future.

Chicken was okay, but my stomach hurt the whole entire day after eating it and I ended up violently throwing up. Anybody who eats here be careful

I don't usually leave reviews but 92 Chicken, now named "Mashida" is a great change of pace. Not many Korean chicken places in Ohio. The chicken is crispy and juicey. The hot bbq is not too spicy to stand but definitely lives up to the name if you like it hot. Kimchi was crisp and flavorful. The waiter was kind and attentive. The meal only came to $21 with tax and was nearly too much to finish so the price is great. My only complaint is the ranch and blue cheese definitely come from a bottle and if you get either very often you know housemade is 1000x better. Overall 4.7/5 stars.

Went in to pick up a DoorDash order. There was one person working… I stood there for 5 minutes with no help or acknowledgment. Guy walks in, walks to the bar and is immediately helped with his carry out order. Terrible customer service
