Took our family in tonight. Server was dragging her titty over the food like it was no big deal while serving us. She stuck her finger in the soup and left it on the table like it didn't happen. 4 of the 7 meals we ordered had stuff missing. Even though we asked several times 3 of the meals never had the items brought. We got half the food and no silverware for 10 minutes till the rest of the food came. The restaurant was not packed when we got there. Incompetent staff are the problem. We didn't even get our drinks till after being there for 35 minutes only to find out the serve wasn't getting anyone new cups and was just refilling fountain drinks passing germs around. By the time we finally got all the meal (not the stuff that was left out) we had been there for 1 hour and 25 minutes. While there other families walked out and just left because they were sick of waiting, and multiple peoples meals had to be comped. probably the worst experience I have every had at a restaurant.
Terrible service. Walked in with a party of 12. Was told 5 minutes before we get seated. After 30 minutes, finally got seated but only had a table for 8. Have been in here for over an hour now, and still waiting on our food. Would not recommend.

Waited 25 minutes to have my drink order. My waiter Sean disappeared for another 30 minutes before taking my order. Took another 45 minutes to recieve my order (half salad and half sandwich) all while there’s only 2 other tables in the whole restaurant and another waitress. Finally got my food. Salad was missing the chicken. Salad was warm and sandwich was cold. Was like pulling teeth to get my water refilled. Last time I come here. I even let them know I was in a hurry.

Only ever doordashed orders from this restaurant, but every time I’ve came in it’s been friendly and quick! This morning it looks like a general manager is in checking on his store and is doing a great job! He seen I hadn’t been helped yet and was on top of things. Impressed with this customer service.

I ordered curbside pickup and was quoted at a time of 2:51 pickup. I got there at 2:48 called and the person said they had my order and they were just packaging it up and they would be right out. They didn't come out until 3:02 with no explanation as to why it took. I did have a special request and it may not have been filled correctly and the person saw that I'm unsure but they just said here's your food. Thank you. Have a good one. Come again and walk away. This was more than 30 minutes after I ordered
the food. A little disappointed hence the food was decent but the service I gave two stars just because of the waiting and no explanation.

Plenty of parking. We had minimal wait time. Food was good with a good variety on the menu. Service was a bit slow.

Order the rise and shine Burger when it first came out it had a pile of uncooked hash browns wasn't aware my egg was on there then it came back the second time, the cook obviously just dug the egg out from under the mound of hash browns and placed it on top. No sauce was on it, just all around horrible. Didn't end up being at all it was our 8 year old's birthday breakfast, and we had a basketball game to get to.

I’m not always a Bob Evan’s fan, but I had a breakfast meeting to attend, and I didn’t pick the location. Our server was particularly attentive, and I wish I could remember her name. And the breakfast skillet that I ordered was very good. The tomatoes were sad, but it’s January! The hollandaise sauce was so scant that I didn’t see any. I did scrape all the way to the bottom of the plate and did find a bit, but in the mean time our server brought a side bowl - and that’s the amount I think everyone needs! The only complaint on the meal is that I prefer my hashbrowns well done. I like some crisp bites and some frazzled bits.

Waited 20 minutes to get waited on. Waited 30 minutes more for food to arrive.

This is what I ordered:
The Everything Breakfast
$13.39
Includes Bob Evans® sausage, hickory-smoked ham, hardwood-smoked bacon, three cage-free scrambled eggs, tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese, and hollandaise sauce on a bed of hash browns. Served with a biscuit.
See the pic for what I got…I had asked for no sausage or ham, but they didn’t keep the bacon, no onions

Our server seemed a little stressed. Short staffed? Food production issues? Waited on decaf. Waited on biscuits. Food was good if not fast, but we weren't in a hurry. Kept my coffee filled which is a huge accomplishment. I drink a lot of it. Pricing good for current market. Server did everything good, just wished she was having a better day.

Server was nice, food was good. But this restaurant is sorely in need of cleaning and maintenance. The floor was dirty, the window blinds were covered in dust, the mens room had a broken spap dispenser, overflowing trash, and smelled bad.

We just ate at Bob Evan’s in Delaware, OH. After we were seated and eating, the hostess seated a couple with a dog near our table. There were 2 other tables beside us where they also had their food. No one asked any of us if we minded having a dog beside us. It is ridiculous to allow pets in restaurants. The couple with the dog then asked to move to a warmer spot. Then they were right beside our table. Again no one asked if others were okay with a dog by their table. We are tired of people with pets thinking they can take them everywhere they wish. We want our voices heard that we do not want pets in restaurants. I doubt the Health Department would approve either.
