This Buffalo Wild Wings is far superior in service in every way to the Marysville location. I don't get boneless wings from anywhere else! Would highly recommend it.

Every week I place an order over the phone without a problem! Today my order was completely wrong! They gave me 30 plain wings and the receipt says completely different things! The treatment was horrible! They made fun of me and didn't give me any solution! the manager didn't help at all and was just laughing! This business sucks!

Today the food didn't seem like it was prepared like it normally is. I had the fried pickles and they weren't done enough. The nachos could have been better by adding more cheese and sour cream.

You worked hard today, stop by for a beer. I always love the atmosphere here and the wings are amazing. I end up buying way too much food and having tons of amazing wings for leftovers. My favorite is always mango habanero and honey barbecue. Try the Har Mtn Dew, it's good.Need it delivered, order from Door Dash and I might drop it off at your door. See you soon!

We were seated and no server appeared. I went to where I could find a server where I saw 2 employees and asked for them to locate my server since we'd been seated for 10 minute's. The server still didn't show up while the other employees just looked at us. This isn't the first time this has happened and it is unacceptable. Time in 2:30. Date 01/14/2024. I hope that all employees will be made aware that someone needs to step up and take care of clients when another server is MIA. There were only 3 other groups seated in the restaurant at this time. Unacceptable!!
I was at the Delaware location last night and was informed of two policies I had never heard of before, and have been to BWW's hundreds of times over the years. The first, they have a strict policy, that they will only serve you 3 beers in a one hour period, and we're talking about Miller Lite, not some high octane IPA. The second, apparently they have a fresh and hot rule where they have to bring a dinner when it's ready, even though the other meals at your table are not ready. This causes a 10-15 lag, so you either eat your food warm, while others wait, or wait and eat your food cold. Who would not be annoyed with this? Neither of these policies seem to be customer friendly, and I will be avoiding the Delaware location from now on. Curios if others have experienced this?

Customer service it’s great no waiting at all(Keep in mind rush hours, we always go where there’s not people at all).2. Perfect to watch sports.3. Waitress’s service it’s amazing.4. Great place to come with your family, friends, dates etc.5. Bar is available.6. Free and accessible parking lots at the facility.7. Wheelchair access.8. This restaurant also has patio for dinning.9. Food is good(I have seen a lot of bad reviews on this location and honestly we dining in pretty often it’s next home and honestly we had never have issues maybe because we always go there out of rush hours).10. They offer delivery(DoorDash!!! We ordered online for carryout on a Saturday afternoon.The typical wings-burger-fries and appetizer.Were told 25 mins-waited 1-1/2 got home to no fries all the wings were wrong and missing appetizer.What gives at this place-not even that busy.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst customer service EVER. Apparently "corporate policy" is to ring all of your parties food tickets in one at a time so they all come out at different times and everyone eats at different times. Total crap! Manager was rude and patronizing. Their food is cold and tastes spoiled. There were about 20 parties total sitting in there eating on a bustling Saturday night, very telling. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, SANITY.
