The world worst Burger King ever would rather eat a trash than ever eat here the employees where very disrespectful called me provocative names and I got some chicken nuggets and they were so hard that i had to go to the dentist.

Today I ordered the $5: jr whopper combo. The gentleman who took my order didn't tell me I could get it "my way". When my order was up I didn't get what I thought I ordered. I was told unless I specified I only got the 2 sandwiches. When ask if I wanted it my way, I said yes and said I'd pay the difference. The woman who asked me that then grabbed another tray put the fries, nuggets and drink down. I asked if I could pay the difference. She side eyed me and said was all the same price. I felt guilty and embarrassed. I made the mistake. Not going back.

I have agent orange and I have to special order and they don't miss a beat, always nice and friendly thank you
Placed order on the app. Specifically made sure the sauces I wanted were included. Got home, no sauces kinda bummed, should have checked my beg before I left.

July 7th 2024, 930pm normally when I come here the other workers I always see which are Caucasian always have stuff for slushy and ice cream workin past 10 well tonight some heavy set fat guy who looked mixed or black told us he didn't have either and started laughing this burger king needs to hire more mature workers ASAP I left with nothing smh ?

Kaylee #649453 and store manager Christina were very pleasant and helpful. I usually have a bad experience at a Burger King in Georgia but however I am in Delaware, Ohio and this is the first time I could say that I am pleased to be able to eat a Whopper from Burger King the meal was hot didn't have to rewarm anything the bun was fresh The restaurant was clean the bathrooms were clean so I'm very satisfied of the 30-minute drive just to have a Whopper that I really like, The district manager didn't speak but everyone else were very pleasant.

One of the best whoppers I've had, chicken and mozzarella fries were fresh and hot, very friendly staff, but it took 15-20 minutes in the drive thru, therefore only 2 stars, I get that good food is worth a wait but this is a drive thru and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes from oder to receiving the food. This is a consistent problem at this particular location, whether I'm the only car or in a line 5 cars deep, it still takes way longer than it ever should, if they can maintain the quality of food and service while providing it at a more reasonable pace, I would give them a glowing 5 star review
