Absolutely tiny portions and no cutlery included in my takeout order despite explicitly requesting them on the app. My food was cold when I arrived and the cashier was rude when I provided my name to receive the bag, making me get out my app to prove it's me

This the worst chipotle we have ever been to, the rice taste like mashed potatoes, this place is nasty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
I ordered hard tacos and chips with queso. Everything was fresh....the store was well supplied. Not a single thing I could find wrong.

The employees were incredibly rude and the portions were not good. They were also out of almost everything and they didn’t close for another 2 hours. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle and the bar is on the floor considering some of the other ones in the area.

No brown rice, no quac, no CHEESE. Asked to label them c1,c2, c3,c4 they label just a c so I grab the marker after I say something as they walked away then the front counter girl rudely to scream at me no just down right terrible would not have been so bad if girl wasn't so down right rude over it put what I asked and have SIMPLE ITEMS ON LINE worst experience at a chipotle I've ever had especially for a 7pm order 👎

Since im in this particular area on a weekly basis, I tend to stop at this location regularly as well. The food is always fresh amd delicious, the place is always clean, the staff are friendly and chill for being mostly high school/college students. My ONLY complaint is that the restrooms do not offer changing tables which is important to me as a mom of a toddler. If they install one, ill change this review to 5 stars in a heartbeat.
