On the upper end of BBQ. Corn pudding a nice change from most. Meat portion a bit small. Side portion bigger than most. Brisket was worth the trip but may need to double up on the meat order.

I ordered the three meats plate with brisket which adds a 3 dollar upcharge. I'm already home and called the store and asked how many pieces of brisket you get for a 3 dollar upcharge. They proceeded to tell me it's by pound and and you get 1/4 pound with the three meats platter and the upcharge. I then asked is it normal for it to be all fat and hardly any meat. Which the person on the phone tried to describe brisket to me as if I never have had it before and don't know it's a fatty meat. Ok... whatever. So I got out my scale and weighed it. It came to 3.7oz. I then pulled off the huge strips of fat and that came to 1.1oz. So I basically paid 3 dollars 2.6oz of meat. Ridiculous. I'm not sure which part of the brisket these cuts came from, but IMO they should not serve these to customers in their car who shouldn't have to check the entire bag for quality. I guess I will from now on. They did offer to replace it but I was already home. At least offer to give me my money back. Do better City BBQ.
Service was good atmosphere was good. Food was OK. Have had better would not drive out of my way to get city barbecue but if it was on the way and I was hungry possibly. Depending on what the other options around would be.

I tried to order from the website to pick up food at the drive through window. I couldn't get the site to work. I chose the location but it wouldn't let me go past that. I hate that you can't pull up and order food anymore like we used to. So I had to go in and order, got home and my bowl of chili only half filled the takeout container. At over $11 a bowl I expect to get more than the small amount I received.

On 11/27/25 we arrived at the store at our pick up time of 12pm. We proceeded to attempt a pick up of our $132.47 Thanksgiving Meal.
When we placed the order on 11/14/25 it required a card for payment. I assumed that meant they would be collecting payment at that time. The app nor the email confirmation indicated I would ow anything after taking my payment on 11/14/25.
However the staff at the window rudely informed us our food was not paid for and they are closing now. We then had to rush to organize the funds to make the payment. While doing so the staff stood there talking about how they planned to divide up our meal for themselves to take home since we had not paid and they were closed.
We finally got it situated with no help or kindness from the staff. We are very upset by how inconsiderate and unprofessional they were. We are also upset that when we made the order and gave our card info the funds were not taken. We were given a confirmation email and everything. Only to find out last minute we owed over $100. Lastly if the facility closes at 12p it is very unfair to customers and staff to have the last appointment be 12pm. It allows no room for error and causes service to be rushed.
Overall I am very unsatisfied with our experience at this City BBQ and will not be returning anytime soon. Nor would I suggest this location and possibly company to anyone I know. Common courtesy goes a long way and the staff here was very lacking.
