Great place and friendly staff, the kids welcomed us with a great sprits and were generous with the add-ins and mixed them well. Got the birthday cake gotta have it and it was awesome.

I’ve been a few times since they opened and l’ve yet to have a bad experience! The ice cream is great, and the few times I’ve went all the staff have been very friendly. Yes, they are new and will take a little time to adjust and get used to everything, but at least they’re pleasant to interact with. I had went to Baskin Robbin’s which is right next door and the staff there was incredibly rude so I left. The service from Coldstone was the exact opposite and the girl serving us did everything right.

I stopped in for my first time at a Cold Stone and the team did a really great job. Yes, they are young and learning but they were attentive, patient, and very friendly. I appreciated their enthusiasm and it is always good to see the young ones getting work experience.

when we walked up we had three kids staring us down as if doing their job was a bad thing. they didn’t not greet us when we walked in or even acknowledged us. the kids seemed annoyed they had to work and ignored us for about five minutes. and $20 for two normal medium ice creams is crazzzyyy work.

Brand new store great location. This location also has Planet Smoothie, both tasted yummy and service was fast!

I love Cold Stone, one of my favorite places to get myself a treat! We went to the newest location last Sunday and it was a bit disappointing. My usual go to is getting a “love it” cup with my favorite ice cream flavors but the portion given to me was less than a “like it” cup if it makes any sense(it was a miserably small serving), I was also given the wrong topping so it was not worth the money. Now I’m giving a benefit of a doubt that since the location just opened recently that the staff is brand new, learning on the fly on how to handle big crowds that overwhelmed them that day. One bad little experience won’t stop me from coming back but the staff needs a little more time to settle in and get their bearings.

So delicious!! We got the red velvet ice cream cake, and several other ice cream combos and it was perfect! Awesome service!
