Considering the price point....Please offer the information about cutting the large cookies...that would have been extremely helpful in our situation. There are still many who have never been here yet and don't know their options. Cookies are a tad smaller than the models.
Was absolutely delicious. The place was such a vibe. The experience was great. I got a chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate chips were melted perfectly and softly. The service was great. The lady helped me pick out what cookie I wanted, but I’m basic so I got a chocolate chip.
The cookies are good - of course, but the service is not always the best one. Sometimes they are slow to make the order. Today I order 3 mini cookies online, I placed the order at 6:10 and got at the store around 6:25 and my order wasn’t ready! I was second in line according to the app, and didn’t update after I saw someone’s orders getting handled to the customer. Not a single employee came by to ask the name on the order or give me any updates, they didn’t even look...
