I checked the ranch, it was shoved inside the hot boxes for some reason so the lids were melted and they were tossed in there upside down. I asked kindly for new ranch that wasn’t melted and the employee with a snarky attitude said yeah! you’ll just have to give me the old ones back! i gave them back to her gladly since she wanted to be rude about it. i’m lucky i was even able to pick up the cups because they were so melted and getting everywhere. this location needs to comprehend hot and plastic don’t go well together in a box. get it together and don’t blame your customers for your mistakes. bad service, and if i had not checked the boxes because i knew the location always does this then i would have went home with ranch and plastic melted all together in my food. how appetizing.

I found a discount through the app and took advantage of it. I ended up getting the chicken strip basket. The chicken strips were hot (not spicy, very hot), and I had to drink something cool to cool down my mouth with each bite I ate. I like hot food, and usually, food is half as hot as it is here. Some fries were less than lackluster, but I used the barbecue sauce to liven them up. They also had a piece of bread and butter. That was a nice touch. I decided to drink a Butterfinger Blizzard for my beverage. It was delicious as I expected.
The service was quick when I arrived. By the time I finished my order, two people were behind me. I stopped by around 5:15 pm. I did not use the restroom on this trip.

I come here all the time and they always give me hot food and leave my sauce cups outside of the box when I ask. I have never been overcharged like I was at the Sunbury location and my order has never been wrong. I really love this location.

Do yourself a favor- don’t bother ordering a birthday cake for pickup next day or any day after, simply pick one of their 6 month frost bitten pre-made ones out of their freezer. That’s what you will ultimately end up doing anyway. Griping won’t help you either, they simply don’t care.
Took the family out for dinner and ice cream since it was 80 degrees. AC wasnt working though in the store it was much hotter in there than out side. Shout out to all the employees who remained nice and professional while enduring the heat.

I was in this business yesterday to get some chili dogs. Went inside to place order, but the woman behind the counter finishes taking orders from someone in front of me, they step aside and I walk up to place my order, she looks at me then turns around and walked away! I have never been treated like this before. Not sure I'll go back to that location again!

Overall this place just seems like such a fake environment to work at. I see several times that a person who is going so many things and is constantly running around while there are people that will not take my orders or is hiding and won’t do ANYTHING! And it looks like it is people who are in charge of the place like a general manager of the store. And please give those people who are running around a raise or more hours because they deserve it over some people who don’t do anything except show up and sit around. I think the people who were doing amazing at their jobs were named Rachel and Braley and the rest were not doing a thing.

This place get you in and out pretty quickly. They always look here ice cream upside down to make sure it's up to those standards. They have an outside patio that you can sit down in the summer spring or fall and even through friends hang out eat some ice cream. It's connected to a convenience store so it's kind of convenient honestly that both of them are together
