I will NEVER use this dominos again! We had ordered pizzas at 10am on the app and set the delivery time for 2pm. The pizzas didn't go in the oven until almost 2:10pm. By 2:45 we still had not received our order. I had to leave my son's birthday party and go pick up the pizzas. Prior to leaving I was on hold waiting on them to answer my phone call for 30 minutes!! Noone ever did answer! The manager wasn't very apologetic and said they are short staffed. How is that my problem?? They had 4 hours to make pizzas and get it to our party. That is plenty of notice to complete an order. Although we were refunded 2 pizzas and the delivery fee, I still feel like we paid too much for the hassle. Not to mention the pizzas were cut very poorly. Huge slices and little slices, not evenly cut at all. My advice, never order pizza from this location!

2 out 3 times I've ordered breadbowls they been undercooked and raw I was suppose to have a $10 credit under my number which should have been a $20 credit because it ruined my meal but they don't think that way and the manager forgot to put it under my number and the store wasn't willing to honor the credit that was suppose to be there the women was rude and combative on the phone and didn't even wanna listen to reason. I'm simply never ordering from this location again.

I was told I couldn't get pizza delivered to my address because I live outside of their 10-mile delivery delivery zone. I have never heard of this before. Delaware is growing, and if they don't want to deliver to me, someone else will.

Coming back to re review. New management is back to old habits. Why have a delivery driver answerkng the phone if he can't provide a customer with correct or appropriate information. As he also expresses he doesn't like talking to people , he just like to be able to hand off food. Isn't that part of a delivery drivers job? Customer service is part if the tip we provide. Accurate food order, delivered on time not burn,or cold. I called in and left my contact information to express to problem/concern. Called back on the day after same driver answered and I ask to have the manager call me again.That was a month ago... Or did your driver not pass my information ?

I always have a good experience here but today was absolutely horrible. My order was made wrong and when we brought it back the dude had a severe attitude and didn't want to replace order. He was rude and I'm undecided if we're coming back.

Just ordered today. NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! Text said the driver was pulling up so i went outside. NO ONE drove up my street! Called them immediately and no one answered! Called a second time and got a recording that said the call was being forwarded to a manager and NO ONE ANSWERED! On the phone now for the 3rd attempt AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! I WILL dispute with the charge with my bank, leave a bad review everywhere i can, tell everyone NOT to go there and NEVER get Dominos again!! I would add that my instructions advised to set it on the wood stool by my door and NO ONE else around here has a wood stool so if the delivery person didn't see a stool then they should have know they are at the wrong address! And it's not that hard to read street signs and apartment numbers on the building. Clearly they made zero effort. UPDATE: the food was later located sitting ON THE GROUND in front of someone's door two streets over! I finally reached someone by phone that evening and she sent a replacement order so i got it 5 hours too late! NEVER AGAIN!

Just ordered a large pepperoni pizza and i swear it’s the same person making allll the pizzas at every pizza spot in Delaware because they all come with way too much sauce on it.. These kids don’t know how to make a pizza anymore :(

This is the first time in about 7 years since I've had Domino's and it 'll be my last. I placed an order online at 3:00 pm to be ready for 6:15 pm, when I got there, it wasn't even in the oven yet. I didn't get my order until 6:50 pm. I asked for square cut, and they massacred my pizza, either the person who cut my pizza doesn't know what square cut is or they didn't read my order directions and began cutting, realized the error and then tried to correct the error by cutting it into squares, they were cut into triangles..... I can understand a mistake, but not letting me know about it and hoping that I don't notice it, not very smart on their part! The management for this store on Williams Street in Delaware, OH needs to be aware of the incompetence, I can tell you, I wasn't the only upset customer (ex-customdr in my case)!!!
