Apparently bc there was a malfunction ordering online on my end I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza I received a cheese pizza when I called the store they claimed that that's what I ordered and basically said I was stuck with it instead of just crediting the pizza or offering to remake it which I would have never had done not to mention I live 6 minutes away and it took almost a half hour to get it to me after the app said driver was on way apparently the customer is always wrong bottom line at this establishment and my loyalty will not be back

Ordered deep dish pep. Pizzas get home and it's like they forgot the sauce .night crew no different than the day crew. Two orders a week apart same result. Pep. Was super salty. Upper Arlington store gets it right every time Delaware needs to get their act together

Best dominios in town, ordered many times and does not disappoint, never took more than a hour for delivery. Only one time did they mess up, but they came back with a smile on their face and was happy to fix the mistake. I would highly recommend!

Delicious Feast from Domino's!We recently ordered two Peroni pizzas, cheese sticks, lemon bites, and enjoyed it all with refreshing Cherry Coke from Domino's Pizza. The pizzas were perfectly baked with a generous amount of toppings, and the cheese sticks were a delightful cheesy indulgence. The lemon bites added a zesty touch to our meal. The delivery was prompt, and the food arrived hot and fresh. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, and we'll definitely be ordering again!

Delivery was over half an hour late before they even left the restaurant. Had to call twice where I heard back talk since they didn’t put me on hold correctly hung up on me after getting off hold which I called again to immediately get hung up on where both calls took 5+ minutes just to answer.

The pizza was so dry I didn’t even bother trying the rest of my order that’s how pissed off I was. I literally ordered about an hour ago and hadn’t eaten all day. Just to waste someone else's $25 on food for me that was horrible. The story needs to be cleaned in the front and the checkout needs to be faster. I had to wait what felt like 5 minutes and probably was… just for a bottle of water. This honestly has got to be the worst I’ve been done when it comes to food lol. I used to really love dominos but you guys really seem to have been slacking
The folks here are always super friendly! If you haven’t tried the “handmade pan” you’re missing out on an entire side of Domino’s you didn’t know existed. The cinnamon sticks are amazing as well. Thanks for great food and excellent service!

Was disappointed, ordered online and the order made it all the way through when they called and said it couldn't be delivered to 3.5 miles away in Delaware with Delaware address. Had to go puck it up. While the food quality is always good customer service is lacking.
Ordered crispy crust mushroom pizza that was horrible. Square cut with 8 pieces with NOTHING on them. Maybe 8-10 pieces of mushrooms total on medium pizza. Sauce was thin and blandNo place for me. I’ll eat
