Donatos pizza is the only place I know that when I order extra sauce they manage to put the sauce and then cheese and then more sauce on top of the cheese & other toppings. I always thought that toppings went on top of the pizza sauce with all the other toppings, that’s why there called toppings??♂️… but hey “every piece is important-Donatos”. ?

Ordered on Christmas Eve. Understandably very backed up. The two young men out front stayed calm, professional and polite in spite of the customers in the lobby not being polite. Was very impressed. Good food as well and didn't wait long for a holiday when everything else was closed.

I knew Christmas Eve would be busy, so I ordered THE DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE and still had to wait an hour for my pizza and the only excuse was "we're busy it's Christmas Eve."Yes. I know that. That's why I ordered YESTERDAY. Everything else we ordered from other places was cold by the time we got this order. Everyone else we ordered from yesterday had our orders ready. Meanwhile, two dozen family waiting at our father's house for food.
