Was going to purchase a half dozen of mixed donuts to take home and never got a acknowledged at all they were to concerned with whatever they were doing . No one in drive thru and one to appear to be on break never told anyone else that I was standing at the donut case . I will never be back. I would like to have the district manager phone number to complain or better yet corporates number . This store is awful. No one makes eye contact with you then walks away like your invisible. I used to be a manager for radio shack never did I ever not greet a customer . I always said hello how are you . Them by not greeting is the best way for them to have theaft in there store. Like I said I will never be back ever

We’ve tried this location twice in the last week or so and both times we were blown away. The donuts were so fresh the first day, and the leftovers were somehow still fresh the next day. The coffee was also very good. Best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had in years.

Worst Dunkin’ experience ever!! They let you order and then when you get to the window they tell you they don’t have what you ordered. Also, if America is runnin’ on Dunkin’, this location proves that it will be a slow race. We had to wait to order, then wait at the window, then wait more when they said they were out of what was ordered. Do better Dunkin’!!

I'm not quite sure what's happened to the store but it actually used to be pretty enjoyable to go in there is a good atmosphere. But that is not the case anymore when you walk in everyone feels like they hate their job It's hard to get help. Hopefully management can correct this so I feel like the stores losing a lot of people from the way that the employees are
