I visit the drive thru and order thru the app to pick up my coffee and mother's sweet treat on my visit. It may take a little longer but service is great

I visited this location yesterday and was shocked by how poorly I was treated at the drive-thru. The employee was hostile from the start, then went completely silent, and finished by being sarcastic. It honestly felt like there was zero training involved. If this company is only paying minimum wages and hiring whoever walks in, it’s definitely showing in the customer service. Overall, it was such a stressful experience that I left feeling shaken. At this point, robot automation is starting to seem like a better option than dealing with that kind of rude service.

I would avoid this Dunkin location at all costs. The service is just plain awful. Lines in the drive-thru, particularly in the mornings before work are 20-25 minutes on average. I was told rudely by an employee that they are understaffed and that led to the delay. I understand this being an issue on 1 day, but this has consistently happened. It's not a customers problem if you have staffing issues. Please get coffee elsewhere, this is not the place you want to waste 20+ minutes at on your way to work. If the employees were more friendly this review would've never been written.

Don’t waste your time. You will truly regret it. Service is super slow and horrible. They will stress you out just to get a cup of coffee. Waited 20 minutes for food and still didn’t receive it nor a refund. Highly unpleased.

Sitting waiting for simple things as I write this, it took way to long. Absolutely zero organization. Team is beyond confused inside to the point I’m wondering if they know who ordered what, screaming out orders in confusion drinks not being made lots of angry customers inside.. get it together.

After waiting about 15 minutes in the drive thru line (it was not busy) the quality of food was terrible. Looked like it was just thrown together, it was cold, nothing toasted. I will not be returning to this location since it is clear, the employees do not have a care in the world to produce decent food for their customers.

This place is a train wreck. The place is so dirty and disgusting and is a risk to community health that I am going to report it to county office that over sees their license. The worst establishment I have ever been in. EVER. Trash every where. Clearly has not been cleaned in days if ever. It is a heath risk. It is a train wreck. And the people that work there could care less and I would say the same for the owner. SHUT IT DOWN

Sorry but I stood in line for 15 minutes and no one ever even acknowledged my existence. Worst ever!!!! Take the time and drive somewhere else. Sad though it's a great under served location and they could kill it. Get new management. I and five other customers left in the 15 minutes that I was there.

Where do I start? This place needs better management or training. Charged me for the wrong order was first mistake, then couldn't find my food, then gave me the wrong without the coffee I paid for and order , then gave me the wrong food again. Then acted like it was my fault 🤦‍♂️😂. Place is an absolute mess. Won't go back.

I never write reviews but today the line didn’t move at all. I backed up and went inside instead. The doors were locked and I waited with someone else for 15 min in the cold. I had a mobile order and it wasn’t even ready. The girl inside was upset and saying she’s tired and don’t want to be there. I waited 30 min inside just for toast and a drink. Nothing is handled with care especially in the morning. They never apologized and seemed like they don’t want to be there. I’ll not be going to this location again until someone new hired.
