Staff was slammed , mostly due to eclipse traffic. However they never greeted you or said they'd be with us in a moment. Was there 25 mins before completing my order. Multiple customers left after waiting more than 10 mins in line without having their order taken. The manager even came in while we were waiting, but he was unhelpful and was on his mobile phone before going to the back office instead of helping extradite orders.

Ordered a dozen. assorted donuts & 10 assorted donuts holes. Out of 12 donuts 8 had chocolate on them. 5 of them we cake donuts, 2 had very little spinkles & none were glazed yeast donuts. All the donut holes we cake & all the same flavor. I think they need educated on what assorted means. This was my 1st time at Dunkin & will probably be my last.

3/27/24: I stopped in to pick up my mobile app order. The screen inside said it was ready, but it was not and I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my bagel, and empanada. The empanada was good, the bagel was supposed to have strawberry cream cheese spread. It's partly my fault for not double checking before I exited the store, but after waiting that long, I was in a hurry to get going. I contacted support via the app, asked for a refund on the bagel since it had no cream cheese and I didn't order a dry bagel. I still haven't heard from anyone on the refund or credit so now I'm being petty on Google. I will gladly remove this review if they refund the bagel like I've asked.

Everything you’re reading about this place with the poor reviews is true. I visit here often due to the convenient location and this last visit was my last. The place is filthy, they’re always out of things, never make things correctly, the food is not fresh (or even safe to eat, I too have found mold on my items). The coffee is at least a day old, never tastes fresh. My son got incredibly sick last time we went. The people who work there are stressed out and unorganized. They often have to close their front door because they can’t handle any more orders. They aren’t equipped for the business they get and while I’d love to see them succeed, I just don’t see it happening unless they make significant changes to their business!

I have had two bad experiences here. The first I took my son for a Mom and Son morning breakfast. Ended up waiting over 30 min for a bagel with butter. I had to remind them about the donut I ordered and if I didn't say something to get waited on, I'd probably still be there.Today, I went back with my family and once again people were leaving the line because of the wait. I said something and got waited on right away. The wait for food is ridiculous though, and if you're going to order from Uber Eats -dont. Poor guy was there today waiting to pick up an order and it took 40 min.

I have stopped at this Dunkin Donuts on more than one occasion I ordered the donut with sprinkles this is the most sprinkles I have ever seen from this location. I stopped at a couple other locations to see if this was a corporation guideline however the other two locations have sprinkles as pictured on the menu. This is very disappointing. But I understand why I have never had to wait in line at the drive thru. I wish. Had taken pictures of the other donuts. I know this sounds petty. And I understand food is pictured different than it is when you buy it. But this is the only dunkin I have been to and encountered this issue. I know I haven’t been to every location. But I expected better from Dunkin. I love their coffee this location is in my way to work. I’m won’t drive out of my way for potential disappointment.

Yeah not impressed. Will be sticking to Tim Hortons. Donuts were soft but nooo sprinkles what so ever its actually kinda laughable. The hashbrowns were all stuck together and look crispy but are not. N taste like using old oil. Also pic on website showed a coolatte with whipped cream and looks more like a frozen drink, this is just an iced coffee. My dogs were happy and had a great breakfast though.
This dunkin is horrible. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel had mold on it. Also got a cup of water and the cup was stained all over with coffee marks. If you don't want food poisoning, don't go here.

Terrible experience. Latte machine must be dirty and never cleaned the milk is always gross and taste expired, when I was in there last I could see multiple leaks in the ceiling with visible mold growing. Don't go to this dunkin or any of the ones owned by this franchise. They are cheap, do not care about food safety or a clean work environment...
