Stopped here on a whim and boy howdy I am so glad I did. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious! We got the barbequterie board 🤣 so we got to try a little of everything. My fave was a tie between the sausage and brisket (and I am not a brisket person). We also tried the cole slaw, potato salad and green beans. All very tasty there was hardly anything to bring home!

Honestly no complaints, went in on a Saturday at 2:30, appetizer came within 5 minutes of ordering, tasted great, entrees came 5 minutes after that, tasted great.
We got the smash burger, hanks burger, and brisket nachos, and Mac and cheese. I would come again :) server Lindsey was also very kind

Overall pleasant first experience. We got the pulled pork sandwich, smash burger and the cheese curds.
The tempura breading on the cheese curds kinda threw us for a loop. The batter could have used some seasoning and could have delt with being fried a bit harder/longer. The batter does not stand up well to the cheese. The cheese was melted nicely and had good cheese pull. While we enjoyed them we wouldn’t get them again.
Smash Burger is what I had and the pickles were excellent. Granted I got them on the side but I could have eaten a whole plate of them. Burger sauce was tangy and just the right amount so the burger didn’t fall apart.
The pulled pork is what my Girlfriend had and overall she liked it. The pieces I had were dry for my liking but wasn’t bad. Good smoke flavor and seasoned well. Being very honest I make pulled pork at home on my own smoker that I’m comparing to that I’m quite impartial to.
Our fries for each of our meals were lukewarm when they came out, and for her they were far too Crispy. Her and I will just have to disagree about how crispy fries should be I guess lol.
Would we return again? Probably not anytime very soon, but we likely would for a close date night.

This was our third visit. The first two visits went well so we invited a few additional family members to join us. Unfortunately on this visit the food was not as good as it should have, or could have been.
My son (His first visit) ordered the one meat plate (brisket) with the burnt end beans and spoon cornbread. The portion of brisket was shamefully small, consisting of one piece of brisket about 6 inches in length and half inch thick. The burnt end beans was more of a bean soup with no burnt ends.
I ordered the three meat plate consisting of the pulled pork, smoked sausage and the ribs. The pulled pork was excellent, the smoked sausage was average, but the ribs were horrible. The ribs were very tough and barely edible.
Unfortunately I had recommended the ribs to one of my guests (Their first visit) and they stated that their ribs were not very good, very tough.
The deep fried pickles were very good as well as the macaroni and cheese.
You really need to improve the quality of the ribs and maybe considering slicing the brisket much thinner so it at least appears as if the customer is actually getting more than just a sample.

We just tried Hanks. They have the best brisket, turkey, & ribs I've ever had! Everything is tender & falls off the bone. The staff was great, the atmosphere was homey. We will definitely be back. If I wasnt so full, I'd want to go back right now!

The food here is great. Tried the pulled pork , brisket , smoked turkey and the chicken. All of it was juicy. The Mac n cheese was good and the fries remind me of fair fries which we enjoyed. The price is good for the amount of food you get. We will definitely be back.

Free games for the kids were a hit. The food was great, appreciate the options of sauces that were not just the run of the mill BBQ places. The potato salad was more on the mustardy side, but the Mac n cheese shined. We had the brisket and the ribs, burgers, chicken kids meal, fries, cheese curds, fried pickles, coleslaw corn scoop side. Great house made ranch. Every thing was very fresh. We went right at 4pm and got seating right away. Zoey was a fabulous server. The staff was kind enough to push a chair up to a game my son was too short to play on. Very attentive, we absolutely will be back.

We chose to get the pulled pork the brisket. The brisket with the burnt ends was amazing. The pulled pork, the cheese and macaroni the cornbread, the coleslaw, the collard greens. I can’t describe the food. The taste is delicious everything if I could give it 100 stars I would and I love because it’s local The atmosphere the service the cleanest in this restaurant and the warmth and the character that it gives this is exactly what we needed. I love it. Plus, they have a shuffleboard. And our service Christine was fabulous 10 stars to her.
