I will never be back! We got sat down and waited 20 minutes before walking out at the Delaware location . Not one person acknowledged us we couldn’t even get a drink. There was a waitress at the table right next to us 3x and couldn’t even ask if we had been helped. Very poor service. This is the 1st time I have ever walked out of a restaurant I wouldn’t even give 1 star

We were seated and nobody acknowledged us for over 10 minutes. Several people were working cleaning tables, but nobody even smiled at us. We walked out and let the people at the hostess stand know and they didn’t seem concerned. I can’t ever remember that happening to me before.

Stopped in on 3/15. Staff is great, everyone is friendly. The owner personally comes by and checks on you. Overall the food had good flavor, though several items were a little on the dry side. Its an easy fix if they add a little water in the smoker to prevent the food from drying out to much. Its true Texas BBQ and will return.

I would love to leave a review about the food, but they wouldn’t serve us even though we showed up an hour before they were expected to close. We were told once the Kitchen was closing soon, so get our order in soon, no big deal. We were seated, and then another employee hollers the kitchen is closed. My husband and I left. We will not be made to feel like an inconvenience and that’s exactly what we were. I guess they don’t want customers hard earned money , and I definitely won’t be back ever again after begin treated that way!

First time in, I’ll go again.
I had the hanks brisket sandwich, got the fries & Mac n cheese.
I didn’t do the white bbq sauce, went with something red on the table.
The meat was tender, great smoke ring but I didn’t get a lot of that flavor I was expecting.
The fries were the highlight- they were good but you know, wanted that bbq to be the star of the show.
Great service - I’ll give it another try, price was fair.
Such a cute place! Food was amazing our server was GREAT! Didn’t wait on anything long at all. Definitely will be back! Highly recommended!

Have visited twice and both times had long wait to be seated, so we sat at bar. Did not get what we ordered both times and it was removed from our bill. The first time, still early in evening they ran out of brisket. I must admit, ribs were very good.

If you are craving BBQ, even if you are not but hungry, you need to try this. I put the Pulled Pork and Brisket as the best I have ever had. There is more to try, but hands down if you are looking for a filler, come hungry, be ready for melt in your mouth protein! I had the tacos with brisket meat, includes cheese, chip salsa and a dipping sauce. The first bite blew me away. So did the last bite. Also had a bite of tge Plain Jane pulled pork sandwich with fries. Excellent.

Service was outstanding! Very nice and clean place with some fun games, nice outdoor seating area. The food was not as great as I thought it would be. The brisket was probably my least favorite, the flavor of the bark was really good. But the texture was bad. The ribs , chicken and sausage were good. The Mac n cheese was creamy, but it was bland. The brisket baked beans were a disappointment. No flavor at all I took one bite and left the rest , still paid for them, because it was not an error on their part, i just didn't care for it. I enjoyed the routine, the cheese curds were velvety , he gravy was savory, the fish over all kinda salty, but very tasty highly recommend the banana pudding! They nailed this one, the pudding actually tasted like banana, not the fake banana flavor. Probably the best I've ever had. This place is fairly new, I'm sure they will tweak some things and be 5 stars all the way across.
