I recently visited this Hot Heads location. My experience and food was very horrible. The food I was given was okay at best but the next day something didn't sit right. I was straight up sick several hours after eating here. I called the store just to 'handle' the issue but I guess no one knows how to talk because the staff person just straight up hung up on me. $40+ for nothing.

We love this location. The staff is always pleasant and the food delicious. Tonight, we had yet another amazing experience. From the time we entered until the time we left, it was great. A male employee was kind enough to hold the door open for us when we arrived and then an employee named Jason assisted us in making our food. He was very friendly. We will be back!

The staff are ALWAYS friendly. We've never had a bad experience with the food or staff. We love this place! Now if there is a way to keep unruly kids from running through there and raising hell, I might just bring my grandkids with us.Overall love this place. So much better than Chipotle hands down!

We have been so disappointed in chipotle lately! Chipotle is out of one thing or the other, the chips are reserved for online orders only, only taking online orders etc..... I ran into hot heads yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted right away, the staff was friendly, they had way more choices for a build your own bowl. The price with tip was still less than what I would have spent at chipotle. I definitely will be back.

My co-workers and I have been getting lunch here every Friday for over two years now and the service was always good until the last couple months. Portion size has dramatically decreased and the price has gone up. Today I ordered a bowl with double steak, when I received the bowl it only had 7 pieces of steak in it, very disappointing!

Employees are great. I understand that they are short staffed and they still work diligently to get you good food with great portion sizes. The young man that works the food line was especially attentive and had a great personality. How refreshing! Our family will definitely frequent this establishment.
