Authentic Greek Food at its best! Tried a variety of sauces, a shaved beef type hamburger, a bowl, and my daughter loved her wrap. The pita chips were excellent as a side as well as sweet potato waffle type fries. Will definitely be back! It is the areas best kept Greek Food.

I got to eat inside the restaurant and I will say that it was a really pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and they even helped me out with picking out what to get (as it was my first time). I got the rice bowl with some ginger lemonade and falafel, i would come here again.

I’ve been here several times now and each time is better than the last. Lemon chicken is delicious, pita chips are always fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and polite. They have several variations of hummus, favorites being the olive and traditional. Give this spot a try!

This place is a crap shoot. The first time we went, it was absolutely delicious and we had no issues with our order. We thought we had found a new regular spot. Every time after that, whether carry out or delivery, something has gone wrong - they helped someone before me that came in well after, items have been missing, received very little meat to the point of it not being worth the price, wrap was assembled poorly to the point of not being able to eat it without a fork, etc. The food is great and fresh, but the service and consistency need work. Leaving this review so management hopefully starts taking the service more seriously because I really want to like this restaurant, and I keep giving them chances to get it right again like the first time!
We ordered online for pickup on Friday night. The hummus, pita chips, fries, wrap, and bowl were all great. When we ordered, the food was supposed to be done in about 15 min, but when we arrived to pick it up a little less than 15 min later, they hadn’t started yet. So they gave me a free drink while I waited. Pomegranate lemonade was tasty. It took another 15 min or so for the food to be ready, and they were busy, but somewhere in the busy-ness one order of pita chips didn’t make it into the bag. I passed by the next day and since we still had lots of hummus left, decided to stop and see if I could get the chips they forgot. They were happy to make them, and I wanted to pay for something at least, so I asked for two orders. When they were done the employee handed me the bag, and when I tried to pay for one of them, she said no charge, I could just take it. I love that they did that for us and look forward to coming back again soon.

We recently went to Hummus Republic for dinner and had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The portions were generous and very satisfying.
The staff was warm and friendly, and the owner was present and very attentive, which made the experience even better. He genuinely took the time to ask for feedback and whether there was anything he could improve on, which we really appreciated. It’s always amazing to see an owner so involved and committed to customer satisfaction.
We left feeling happy, full, and looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This is one of the amazing Mediterranean food joints!! The staff is knowledgeable and guides you well with selections. The food is extremely delicious and nutritious. We ordered just 2 dishes and were completely stuffed!! Good portion size, good food, clean nutrition. Highly recommend this place!
