ordered 4 subs. 3 no. 7 toasted and a chicken bacon ranch with no lettuce. Reminded giro again when they started making the order not to put lettuce on the chicken bacon ranch. Not a big deal. Got home and all 4 subs had lettuce. Also, they forgot to put the pickles in the bag. Subs were good, but please get the orders right.

Have yet to receive my food. When I called and asked where my food was I was told they don’t even have a driver and the third party was having issues… then I was hung up on.. great customer service… I paid 20 dollars including tip. Only to call again and be told it still hasn’t even left the store. Thanks jimmy johns.

I ordered a sub and they gave me a “ultimate Italian” on sliced hard wheat bread that you would get at the dollar store. All employees are teenagers and did not care at all. The customer after me asked for wheat, and they asked her if she was ok with the sliced bread. She said no way. They didn’t ask me. If I could give negative stars I would .

What an absolute crap store! We placed our order on 9/5 at 8:27pm. I called at 9:07pm and was told uhh yeah we can start that order now we ran out of bread. Excuse me you are a literal sandwich shop, but ok things happen. 9:47 I call again and was told they were waiting on an uber driver, I didn’t order through uber but ok third party delivery I get it. 9:50 I get notified driver on the way, 10:00 driver there, order disappeared. We called the manager was absolutely hideous and unconcerned that we spent $42 on food that we never received!!!

This location is absolutely ridiculous for wait times. Freaky fast? More like freak accident if we actually show to your house in under an hour. Ordered 2 subs at 1:54. At 2:42 got the notification that an UBER?!? Driver was just now on the way to get my order?? This location should seriously not be allowed to take online orders. Over an hr for delivery from the restaurant that made it names on fast deliveries is insane.

Nobody at this Jimmy John’s seems to enjoy their job or life. I get it, making sandwiches for minimum wage can be demotivating. But they still have a job they need to do and every time I order I’m severely disappointed by the quality of the sandwich and attitude of the workers. This store alone makes all Subways look like a gourmet dining experience. Not to mention they have to outsource their deliveries to DoorDash or uber eats. Leaving my food stolen on multiple actions with nobody to be held accountable. I would suggest these employees go apply at McDonalds since quality isn’t as important there.

Jimmy John's has the best Subs on the market, and they are consistently good at every store! The meat and veggies are fresh, and the Buns are amazing. Of all the MANY, MANY (WAY TOO MANY!) Sub shops out there, Jimmy John's is the highest quality and the best tasting. At this location, I ran through the door 5 minutes before closing and they were STILL very polite... I gave them a good tip! 😊

I went to get a Picklewich. It’s not being served anymore- why?? I don’t know, it was the best thing on their menu. But they still have all the materials to make it. I asked if they could do it, and they refused simply because the manager was too lazy to gut the pickle. I could understand if it was busy , but the store was empty and you close in 40 min. Just pure LAZINESS. I never leave reviews but I had to say something.

They switched to Uber eats delivery. So slow. Used to love getting the food quick when in a hurry. Didn’t know about this and it’s taking 1 hr to deliver when I thought it would be 20 minutes like usual. Just so people know.
