I went to get a Picklewich. It’s not being served anymore- why?? I don’t know, it was the best thing on their menu. But they still have all the materials to make it. I asked if they could do it, and they refused simply because the manager was too lazy to gut the pickle. I could understand if it was busy , but the store was empty and you close in 40 min. Just pure LAZINESS. I never leave reviews but I had to say something.

They switched to Uber eats delivery. So slow. Used to love getting the food quick when in a hurry. Didn’t know about this and it’s taking 1 hr to deliver when I thought it would be 20 minutes like usual. Just so people know.

Waited almost an hour fir a online order, the staff was taking nwe orders from walk ins instead. This is the third time I have tried to order there. The employees had a horrible attitude as well.

I gave this location a 1 because even tho we bought food and drinks, we could not use the public bathroom. The staff said the GM told them to close them because of 1st Friday. BUT we bought food! Couldn't eat inside either! Next time just close the place.

Horribly late each time I order… definitely not freaky fast. Took almost an hour to get my meal and I live 3 mins away. You tip before they deliver so guess they have no incentive to deliver in a timely manner.

For a business that prides themselves on "freaky fast delivery," they are not fast at all. And when you call to find out where your order is that was ordered 65 minutes prior and are told "it's out for delivery but we don't know when you'll get it because they have 5 other orders." Didn't ask my name, didn't offer an apology. And rudely just hung up. I definitely would not recommend them. This location anyway.

I like Jimmy John's, but for the past 2 years this location has been disappointing. I always order the same sub from here and the past 4 have not been made correctly. If you look at my picture you can see, LBI that's Leave Bread In, also the X next to multiple items means extra. The past 4 times I didn't get extra anything and this time:No LBI, Nothing Extra, No Hot Peppers, No Avocado Spread.We also tried the Potato Salad and Pasta salad, note $3.29 each. The pasta salad had maybe 6 spoonfuls and the potatoes salad 8.$3.29 x 2 = $6.58$6.58 / 14 = $0.47 per spoonfulI am no longer patronizing this location.

Not freaky fast at this location.Attitude from the staff.1-2hours for delivery every time with excuse after excuse and no apology.Gave this location multiple opportunities to see if it was a fluke but it’s not. The culture here is off putting and laughable.

Ordered delivery a few weeks ago at work. Ordered three subs. Two had toppings that were marked to remove, two were not cut in half, ordered tea and got soda. Gave them another chance and it took an hour and 10 minutes for the freaky fast delivery. Never again.

RUDE staff and managers, so so many flies and cockroaches.. I asked for no tomatoes or sauce on the number 7 and they still put it in. Orders took too long. Would not recommend it. I used to be a regular now the new management is out of control. So so rude it is unbelievable…

Don't order on DoorDash unless you are okay with waiting over an hour for a single sandwich. You also don't the option to contact DoorDash's customer service since Jimmy John's controls the delivery. I guess this location has a different idea of what Freaky Fast is...I'm going to file a complaint with DoorDash and suggest that they pull this location off of the app since Jimmy's is not appropriately staffed to handle realistic delivery times during core businesses hours.

Based upon reading other reviews, I fully expect the Jimmy John's "Owner" (aka, either a bot or some random assistant) to reply to my review and say that's not how we roll, contact customer service and we'll contact the franchise owner, blah blah blah blah. (Because the actual "owner" of JJ's corporate has time to respond to each review. Uh huh...)

Well this has going on for quite some time at least a few years and nothing's changed.

Good job at the corporate office! Can't wait for your meaningless reply that will result in absolutely no change whatsoever....Kudos.
