Every experience I’ve had here has been a different level of good and bad. The older gentleman up front is fairly nice to interact with, however whatever woman takes orders over the phone, could do better, I get the same thing every time (or try to at least) and I’m unsure why the last few times I get told we don’t do that or don’t have that or they just flat out make my order wrong and I don’t realize until I get home. This is my families go-to Chinese restaurant. Sesame chicken is my favorite, but I can honestly say we have tried dozens of different items on the menu and never gotten bad food. There are a few tables and chairs inside where you can eat, but this is definitely more of a take out place. Everyone there we have talked to has been extremely kind despite usually always being very busy.

So I’m not an actual customer of joys village but I’m a doordash driver and go there often. The man at the front is the nicest and friendliest person I’ve ever met! I doordash at a lot of restaurants and a lot of places do have very nice employees but he is by far the friendliest.
